The Worth Of A Unique Skill
After i learned about how my skill progress is hidden and i only have to work a bit to get it, i went ahead and unlocked them.
I also just finished the evolution requirements of the 'learn' skill.

It's an ok skill, the previous 'learn' skill at level 10 only gave a rate of 10%.

After my last talk with the goddess i realised how valuable the unique skill token is.
The way for someone to get such a skill is, First to be born with the demon lord job and second is to make a huge achievement like i did.
To have a unique skill means that the true potential of the said skill if fully unleashed, for example if the normal skill sloth gave resistance to mental effects then the unique sloth would give full immunity to mental effects.
At the same time, there may only be 1 unique skill user for the same type of skill, meaning that if someone were to have the unique skill sloth, he would be the only person with the unique skill sloth until he dies.
After i learn about the worth of the unique skill, i cheated a little and asked the goddess about what unique skill is not currently taken and what would be the most useful for me.
And that brings us to the Hunger skill.
It's a skill that only the lowest of demons get.
I mean, look at how bad it is.
"Hunger level 1: Increases desire for food."
It's completely useless.
The reason for me getting this skill is actualy very simple.
It's the basic skill that can upgrade and evolve into gluttony, which by the way, doesn't have a demon lord at this moment.
You can probably see where this is going, yes i decided that the unique skill i want is gluttony.
At first i thought that getting an evil skill like this was out of the question due to my goddess being a good and fair god, but apparently she dosn't mind it at all, she even said that if i were to get the skill then i would be saving lives by not letting a demon lord be born.
She also recommended not to level up, since the unique skill might increase my stat point per level like the previous achievements did.
Like seriously, having a blessing by a god is realy op, by just speaking to me for 5 minutes she gave me information that i would need decades to find out.
Anyway, going forward i will be focusing on learning Rose's 'light magic' and 'mana manipulation', while at the same time emptying our budget on food for 'hunger' to level up.
"Young master, please don't pick such an evil thing as you unique skill!"
This was Rose's original reaction, thankfully after i told her what my goddess told me she changed her mind very quickly.
We will probably run out of money pretty soon, but hopefully before that point i would have learned all of Rose's skill so she can go hunt for food instead of buying it.
This is the most ideal plan we came up with. I will do the chores of the castle to level up skill and she will hunt for massive amounts of food since it would be better for me to not level up yet.

A woman with normal clothes can be currently be seen singing while cutting all the best parts of meat from the deer she just killed.
"Yey, this is young master's favorite meat!"
Rose has been very happy these past few weeks.
After young master woke up from his coma he retured to his previous self, he still trains but at least now he rests and eats properly.
Not only that, he is even gentler to me now and he even showed me his system panel.
After thinking of the previous weeks i couldn't help but smile.
Bell had told me that he was planning to hunt after his system unlocked but after his talk with his goddess we decided for me to hunt so as to maximize his potential.
Thinking of how talented Bell was i let out a sigh, being a maid of a talented person is very lucky, but being a maid of such a monster is honestly very nerve racking.
After taking a deep breath and clearing all the distracting thoughts i slowly made my way back to the castle.
Today's hunt is around 30 kilos of top quality meat, after Bell did some experiments we found out that the quality of the food plays a huge role in developing the skill.
Of course Bell won't be able to eat so much meat in just a day, he usually just needs around 10 to 15 kilos per day, but recently his body seemed to be adapting to the massive influx of food, making him be able to eat more and more lately.
As i was getting closer to the castle i could hear a gentle tune come out of a piano.
Hmmm it would seem that Bell is currently practicing the piano.
With such thought in mind i went ahead and entered the castle.

I have been training my skill for a total amount of 2 weeks and the progress is staggering.

It turns out that the mana attribute is calculating the average of all the other attributes, meaning that in my case it started out as 10.
I have learned almost all the skill i want, exept a few that are hard to train without many people being around like 'hide' or 'observe' but i will get to it eventualy.
All the skill i learned from Rose like 'Weak heal' and such all regressed to their starting point, which is understandable.
Just when i was deep in though a voice wrung out.
"Bell it is time to cook"

I jumped of the piano and made my way to the kitchen.
While i was going to the kitchen i thought of the 2 skill i currently trying to evolve, which are 'cook' and 'clean'.
Both of them need a lot to do the task a lot of times in order to evolve just like the 'learn' skill.
If i go on like this i will be done with them in a week.
Oh by the way this is how it is shown in the skill panel.

They are not like the 'learn' skill which gives a percentage bonus to learning thing, every time i leveled up cooking i would get a lot of knowledge about recipes and how to handle the ingredients so as to bring out the maximum flavor, the same goes for cleaning.
It would seem that in this world, simply grinding levels in a skill will make you a genius with many years of experience making me even more overpowered, not that i am complaining.
The only thing that i currently don't like is that Rose daily goes to hunt for me.
But there truly is no other way, so i will just make it up to her later.
On that note, my 'hungry' skill is almost level 10.
