A rude Awakening

As we entered into the hall,it felt like a hall straight from Hogwarts.

There was a elderly man in a mage robe standing in a podium

"children move to the front" he said

Soon we all moved to the front in the hall

"A potion will be distributed to you all drink it, it will stimulate your mana sensitivity and allow you awaken your mana, when that is done we will begin the test."

Noise boomed in the hall as children where talking to one another.

Soon the potions where distributed.

"hmmm a transparent liquid" i looked at the valve in my hand, i swear I could hear my heart beat. I opened it and took a gulp taking the whole liquid at once.

It was bitter sweet, I felt nothing soon children's voice could be heard contemplating whether it had worked or not.

"Congratulations kids you are now awakened, come to the podium and lay your hands on the orb, red means fire, brown means earth, blue means water, green means wind, white means lightening, yellow means light and black darkness."

Soon children started to go to the orb, most were the basic element, with time rare element started to be seen.

Finally it was my turn..

I walked up to the podium and placed my hand on the orb.... No colors showed. What is the meaning of this my mind was in disarray, i removed my hand and placed it back still nothing.

I don't have mana?? How could this be

"No mana! Step aside" the elderly mage said

They was noise within the crowds children and parents alike.. Having no mana wasn't unusual but it was extremely rare especially if the parents had mana.

"No mana!! How could this be.. This can be happening, is it because I already have haki"

My mind traveled places as I walked down the podium. It was a real definition of walk of shame.
