Chapter 4 - Previous life

One year has passed

I am adjusting to myself in my new life.

My father, Jack Carter, was a former adventurer—

He had taken part in several expeditions to search for

treasure and fulfill missions he and his team acquired from the Adventurers

Guild. He'd eventually settled down when he met my mother at the

kingdom's border in a city called Ralden.

He proudly told me how my

mother, Edda, had fallen head over heels for him at first sight when he had

visited the town's Adventurers Guild Hall, where she had been working, but I

suspected it was the exact opposite considering how my mother slapped him

across the back of the head and told him to stop telling me lies.

I'd spent weeks attempting to crawl but had achieved only an uncoordinated

scuffle in place. When I finally succeeded, I managed to sneak into the

family's library while my mother was hanging the laundry out to dry.

Once

she noticed I was gone, it took her only a few minutes to find me. It wouldn't

have mattered even if I'd had hours inside the room, though, because once I

opened up a book I realized that, the most important thing that this world is the same as my previous world

Here i am thinking that i am in another world. Now that i am sure that i am not in another world.... I have to gain power as soon as possible because in some years that catastrophe will happen.

In my previous life I have no one to save . I was born as an orphan.When catastrophe occur I hid myself under bed...people were screaming when monster are attacking but i don't have courage to fight. I hid myself under bed until two people came to find if there is any survivors.... then they look at me they think i am dead . They were leaving at that time they heard voice

They heard my voice when they saw that I an not dead they were shocked how can a person be alive

Those two person took pity on me and bring me with them to capital....the gave me food but they know that i will not be able to live more than 5-6days.

They pity me

Due to the person that took pity on me i got recruit in military as soon as i was able to walk and my injuries were heal .

In the end What can I do

I accepted my fate

After that i try my best and rose in rank so I can have free life....but there is a limit how high you can rose with a no talent and only hard work.

I just want to forget that Bad memories of my previous life
