Oreki returns to the Hotel after he deals with Pretty Boy and Jiede Hiegu who have an NTR stereotypical face and body, and the only thing missing from him is blond hair instead of silver or white hair. It's not like Oreki gave Hiegu to Mil-tan to be done like that NTR plot in Eroge manga because he had an NTR appearance.

The real reason is that Oreki is not that creative in torturing people so he just gives him to Mil-tan to do what the latter wants to the guy and maybe Mil-tan can become the lady he always wanted to be. Oreki also wanted to gain favor from the Muscular Magical Girl so he could just send someone he does not like to Mil-tan. Like for example, the man who had been planning to murder Ai.

Oreki was on his way to the Student Council group's location to fetch them and bring them to the Three Family Heads meeting place. Although, he could teleport there in their room to jump-scare them he wanted to be a gentleman once in a while.

As he arrived at the front door, Oreki knocked lightly before saying "Room Service" He said in a French Accent using English spoken language.

The Student Council girls asked the Saegusa Twins about what happened to them exactly and Twins told them the truth. They don't know exactly what happened during their kidnapping event. All they could remember is that both of them were looking for clothes to buy in a random shop and then after that, they woke up in the room that they were in earlier before Oreki rescued them from their captors.

Suzune nodded after hearing the story of the Twins as she understood the reason why they didn't remember anything. Mayumi frowns face while thinking that the Twins don't know that the bodyguard that was with them is dead and decides to tell them later or make her Father the one to break the bad news.

"That's awful!" Azusa reacted as she felt sad for the twins while looking at them with teary eyes.

"Then we can assume that Zhou Gongjin had used some kind of Mental Interference Magic on them before he took them away," Mari said.

"Zhou Gonjin? Is that the name of the criminal?" Kasumi asked the group with a frown while crossing her arms to her chest and doing a typical Tsudere pose.

The student council group all nodded before Mayumi explained to her Sisters the origin of the Zhou Gongjin, which also includes the latter's Master and their goal to capture Oreki.

"Luckily, he or they didn't do anything weird to you girls without your consent," Suzunne said.

The Twins looked blankly at Suzunne before they realized what the latter meant to say. Izumi mind blank at the thought that she was not pure anymore. Kasumi on the other hand gritted her teeth while cracking her fingers like she preparing to fight or beat Gongjin if she saw him.

The Trio of Azusa and Mari also gave a reaction of concern to the Twins and fury at the possibility of that happening to the innocent twins.

"Rin-chan, why do you have to say that" Mayumi said with a sigh and she too was concerned and angry after hearing Suzunne say that awful thing.

Rin-cha apologized to the twins "I shouldn't have that" She added while apologizing again. The Twins accepted it though they replied that there was no need to apologize as Suzunne was only giving some opinion or insight.

The worried Twins look a bit down because of that and are eager to know the truth. Mayumi noticing this, tapped both of the Twin's shoulders "Don't worry about that, we can ask Oreki if something has been done" She said with a smile.

"What if.." Izumi was about to say something but Mayumi stopped her and told her that don't think too much about that. Mayumi is not that concerned after thinking about her future husband's ability to do something magically impossible to do. She can just request him to rewind or heal the Twins if that really happened but she still didn't happen.

"Speaking of Oreki, where is he anyway?" Mari asked.

The student council group stared at the Twins for an answer but both shook their heads with shrugs of their shoulders. "Aniki didn't tell us anything before he dropped us here...I'm going to smack him for doing that" Kasumi said as an angry tick mark appeared on her forehead while also clenching her fist. Izumi calmed her Twin Sister down though she didn't need to as Kasumi was not serious about punching Oreki.

"If I have to guess, he might be dealing with the main culprit of the kidnapping by now," Mayumi said.

"If he's really doing, heh! Poor bastards" Mari said with a chuckle.

"Aniki is about to give them the beating they deserve," Kasumi said proudly forgetting that she had just said that she wanted to smack Oreki.

After talking for a while they heard a knock from their hotel door.

"Room Service" 

They all stared at each other before looking at the orange-haired girl.

"A-chan, are you sure it's not you who called room service?" Mari said while looking at Azusa with a smirk.

"How come you can eat a lot with your petite figure" Suzunne added, smiling slightly.

"How envious" Mayumi smiled.

"Mou! Stop making fun of me" Azusa pouted.

They laughed lightly before Mayumi turned and asked them who really called the room service all answered the same, and it was no one.

"Strange..." Mayumi said looking one by one at the girls before landing her sight on the Twins. Her expression then turned serious as she thought of something. Mari and Suzunne noticed her expression.

"Is this another attempted kidnapping?" Mari questioned while getting ready to spring into action after she took out her sword baton.

"Or worst, an attempted assassination" Suzunne added, reminding them of another grim possibility.

Silence descended in the room for a while before Mayumi told everyone to get ready to defend but Mari disagreed.

"Why are we defending, if can surprise attack them while they are waiting for us to open the door!" Mari said before running to the door.

"Mari wait..." Mayu tried to stop the Tomboy-ish girl but the latter still ran towards the door before using her Sword Baton to slash the door and she wished the one outside got hit by her sword attack. Her attack caused the door to slice into a cross before she kicked it without resistance.

The door fragment smashed to the other side of the wall and during that, Mari was outside looking for potential enemies but to her disappointment, she didn't see them, and the only one she saw was Oreki leaning to the wall with his back while using the phone.

Oreki then looked at Mari and before he could ask about what she was doing, Mari was the first to question him.

"Oreki? You're here? I thought you were doing some kind of revenge plan." Mari said

Oreki stared at Mari while thinking about what she meant before saying "Oh that! I don't think I would consider that a revenge!" He waved his hand as he dismissed what he did to the culprit.

"Okay..." Mari said before turning to the other members of the student council that came out of the hotel room to chase after her.

The group stared at Mari while questioning her reckless behavior of attacking blindly though deep down they knew that she was right to take the initiative instead of being defensive. The group then noticed Oreki who was smiling at them.

"Oreki? What are you doing here?" Mayumi asked.

"I'm waiting for you girls to open the door so we can go to the meeting place" Oreki answered with a shrug before looking at Mari and the broken door again "But I didn't expect a lively greeting"

Mari stood up and put the baton back in her holster located on her thigh "We thought another kidnapping was going to happen but it seems like you were the one who knocked on the door with that terrible French accent of yours" She said as she crossed her arms a bit upset not getting any action.

"TeeHee" Oreki did that.

Mayumi and the co except for Mari laugh lightly. "Are you done with your errands?" Mayumi asked with concern.

"I wouldn't be here if I wasn't" Oreki smiled knowingly.

Mayumi nodded in response.

"Aniki did they suffer?" the tomboyish Kasumi asked.

"A fate worse the death," Oreki said with a smile before he teleported them to the blue tent again.

After Oreki and a group of girls arrived without notice.

The Three family heads became vigilant and ready to battle but when they recognized who they were they lowered their guard as soon as possible.

"Get used to that feeling and I'll be doing that every single time," Oreki said.

The Twins greeted their Father, Kouichi in a respectful manner and later hugged both of them while telling them how worried he was. The Twins hug him back, their faces almost want to cry but they hold it because they don't want to be seen as cry babies.

After their heartfelt hug, Kouichi turned to Oreki and said "Thank you for bringing them back" Oreki easily accepted his gratitude.

"Is my group here already?" Oreki asked about his DxD group to Maya and later replied that they were outside waiting for him. They walked out of the tent and met them there.

Rias and the DxD group were talking idly but stopped when they saw Oreki walking out of the tent. They're not the only group waiting for him, Tatsuya and his friend are also there with no Masaki mixed in and it's all thanks to Oreki for knocking the creep out cold.

Oreki just looked at the DxD group before saying "I just sent your designated target to your memories, did you boys and girls receive them?"

The DxD group nodded, "Good" Oreki nodded too before looking to Tatsuya "Deal with the No-Heads Dragon Dragons leaders" He commanded.

Tatsuya didn't know how to react to that but still nodded in confirmation he was shocked as to why he accepted it easily but he didn't think too much because it was Oreki. The same with Miyuki.

"Let's lock..." Oreki was about to say something but Erika interrupted him asking why are they being left out of this.

Oreki replied with a smug face "This is my responsibility and also because you're not cute enough to join....TADAH" He and the DxD group vanished without waiting for Erika to reply.

"Damn the guy!" Erika said angrily while stomping her feet.

"Erika, you know he's just teasing you right?" Mizuki said with a chuckle.

"I know, I know but that guy is just annoying" Erika replied.

"Onii-sama, how are going to find them?" Miyuki asked.

"Oreki already gave me the memories of their location" Tatsuya replied while patting Miyuki which later made her eyes close to feel his warm hand. "I'm off then," He said.

Unbeknown to everyone involved except for Oreki, this series of assassinations was one of the reason of World War 4.
