While Yue Yang and the other were distracting the nine-headed monsters the quintet golden mice were already near the eggs and were using a net to put all of them in it and transport them. The mice were very little so it took them a lot to move just an egg but since Yue Yang was distracting the mother and the others they have all the time of the world.

On the surface of the pond, the mother sensed that something was happening to her eggs but she couldn't get in the water as every time she turned to dive in Yue Yang would appear and block her path. This continued for so many times that the hydra was becoming more tired and exasperated.

It wasn't long before his beasts joined him as they had already killed the male and the other nine-headed monsters who weren't either young or adults.

Yue Yang, on the other hand, went to the corpse and stored them. After collecting the corpses, he watched as his beasts took care of the female nine-headed monster. It didn't take too much time as the female was already tired after he played with it.

He divided the corpses between World and Thorny Flower. He gave the core of Demon Fire Beast of the demon general to Hui Tai Lang. When Hui Tai Lang swallowed the Demonic Fire Beast's carcass, ablaze appeared around its body, burning brightly on his skin. Weirdly, another head popped out from its neck, and within two minutes, Hui Tai Lang had completely assimilated the energy from the Demonic Fire Beast, officially rising to become a Bronze-ranked Level 6 Two-headed Demon Wolf.

It was evident that Hui Tai Lang was not used to its new body after its evolution, which had two heads. It was slightly uncomfortable when it walked, and when the two heads looked at each other, they had frightened expressions on their faces. Finally, after observing itself over and over again and it confirmed that another head had sprouted from its body, Hui Tai Lang's four eyes turned white at the same time and it fainted to the ground.

Yue Yang was speechless.

He reckoned that Hui Tai Lang was the first beast in history from the wolf race, or even the entire world of beasts to have frightened itself so much that it fainted.

Finally after taking what he was here for he left the place.

He then immediately headed to the mercenary inn to sell a young hydra as he was sure that if he was quick he would arrive there before that tigress.

After he arrived near the inn he made Xiao Wen Li take out a fainted hydra since he didn't want them to see her grimoire and cause turmoil.

When he entered the inn many mercenaries began looking at him and some wanted to approach him and ask questions about the beast in his hands but after he released a little of his aura no one approached him again. They made a path for him.

After he arrived at the mercenary group door he knocked.

"Who is it? " asked a girl in the room.

"I am here for the trade of the wisdom fruit and the lustrous branch for a young beast"

Hearing what he said the door immediately opened as a girl greeting him. She then guided him to a room where the whole mercenary group was.

When the mercenaries saw the hydra in his hands they were really excited. Fortunately, they didn't accept the offer of the one who came here with a special type of beast.

They looked at Yue Yang with excitement in their eyes and then the leader stood up and asked,

"Can we control it before continuing the trade?"

Yue Yang nodded his head and said, "Go ahead but it would be best if we do it quickly since I have a meeting."

The leader nodded then looked at one of his teammates who stepped forward and began inspecting the little hydra.

After looking at the hydra for a while the man exclaimed then looked at his leader and said happily, "Captain we have to make the deal immediately! This beast is very young! It is at least only 2-3 months old!"

Hearing this the other too became excited. After all, they all knew that it was best to have a young best than an adult one.

If they were able to groom well this baby's hydra their strength would increase by a large margin.

They immediately completed the contract and gave the two items to Yue Yang.

After finishing the contract the Captain couldn't help but ask, "Excuse me do you other things that we can buy?"

The reason he asked was that he was sure that this man has more things on himself. After all who would sell a beast with so much potential just for two treasures that can be found in higher towers easily?

Yue Yang looked at them and smiled he then said, "If you can afford it I'll sell you another one"

Hearing his reply they were surprised. Does this mean that he has another one? That was what they thought before shaking their heads.

They already have a beast now and not counting what they paid for it if they count also the resources they need to nurture it they wouldn't be able to afford another one.

Even the idea of stealing his things never crossed their minds. For someone to say something like that casually without being worried only means two things. He was confident in his strength. Or he was stupid. But by looking at this man they were sure that he wasn't stupid.

So only the first option was the most possible and trying to rob someone like that was an utterly stupid idea.

They asked him to stay and have some conversations with them for some time but Yue Yang declined and said that he has a meeting before going out of the room after getting them.

As he was leaving the inn he could see a girl clad in plate armor with a great sword on her back entering the inn.

Sensing Yue Yang's gaze on her the girl looked at him.

When their eyes crossed each other Yue Yang smiled at her and then made a gentleman bow toward her before walking away.

The girl, on the other hand, seeing the smile and bow felt like she was tricked. But she didn't think about it anymore as she entered the inn.
