Therapy session

(Shirou's pov)

After my... bizarre adventure at school that ended in anticlimactic manner a few days have passed. The archery competition is approaching so I'm currently in the club room meditating. I was there alone since it was late and all members of club went home. As I was sitting in seiza position I sensed three people coming towards me. I slowly opened my eyes to see Illya, Chloe and Miyu. Miyu was looking down.

Since Angelica and Beatrice came for her she probably is scared that they'll kill everything she cares about just to take her back. That's why she tried to run away so many times.

Illya was the one who was leading the group and was the one who started conversation.

Illya: "Onii-chan, can you help with something?"

Shirou: "What do you need help with?"

Illya: "Remember when I was feeling down and you helped me sort out my feelings? I want you to help Miyu as well."

Shirou: "You ask me, a high school student, to act as therapist for an elementary school student?... I'm in."

I stood up and walked to small kitchen like room. There wasn't much food there just some snacks but the thing I was after were four japanese tea cups. I prepared tea for all of us and put down them on a small table. I sat on one side of the table while leaving the other side for the girls.

Last week I picked up making tea as my hobby. For the last years I was too stressed out because of... a lot of things to be honest and this hobby helped me relax a bit, plus now I can have an uncle Iroh moment.

Shirou: "Please take a sit and if you want take a sip of the tea I prepared. It's hand brew jasmine tea. It's one of my favourite kind."

Illya and Chloe looked at each other and started drinking slowly. Their eyes widened at the taste of the tea. Miyu on the other hand just stared blankly at her cup without any intention to pick it up.

Illya: "Wow Onii-chan, it tastes incredible.

I smiled at her compliment. It's always nice to hear good things about something you do.

Shirou: "Thank you Illya but let's focus on the problem at hand."

I turned towards Miyu.

Shirou: "So what's your problem Miyu."

I took a sip of my tea. It's delicious, I can understand why it was Iroh's favourite.

Miyu: "There isn't one, it's just that everyone around me thinks that they I need help but don't understand that keeping me around will bring only misfortune on them."

Miyu said without changing her expression.

Shirou: "And why do you think so?"

She looked away from me.

Miyu: "I can't tell you."

Shirou: "I see, let me guess then. Someone is going after you and you are scared that they would stop at nothing to get you back. I won't ask you who they or what they want from you as everyone have secrets."

Miyu's eyes widened.

Miyu: "How..."

Shirou: "I'm dating Rin, my mother is a magus and my little sister is magical girl. I know a lot of things that I shouldn't."

Illya: "...You knew?"

Shirou: "You are going out at night, after that a cousin that looks like your twin appeared. Did you really think that I'm so dense that I wouldn't notice it?"

Illya and Chloe nodded their heads.

Shirou: "..."

I know that I pretended to be dense but it still hurts.

Shirou: "*Cough* Let's focus on Miyu for now. As you are aware someone is after Miyu and she is scared of them. She is scared of them because she knows what kind of people they are and that's why she tries to push you two away."

Illya: "Is that true Miyu?"

Miyu: "..."

Illya: "Miyu, please answer. I am your friend and so is Chloe. If you have any problem we'll try to help you solve them, if anyone try to harm you we'll do everything in our power to protect you."

Illya put her hand out with big smile on her face. Miyu on the other hand had her head down.

Miyu: "...You don't understand. They are dangerous and because of them my brother... my brother..."

I patted her head as she started to tear up.

Shirou: "It's okay, sometimes fear makes the threat we are facing bigger than they actually are or it can make us be blind on the solution right before our eyes. I don't know in which category you are but I'm sure that of you go with them they'll probably leave everyone else alone but in that case you would trample on everything your brother wanted to protect."

I took my hand back, looked her straight into the eyes and smiled at her.

Shirou: "Solition to your problem is an easy one, depend on your friends. You think that you need to solve your problem by yourself but there's nothing wrong to let the people that love you help you."

Miyu: "But what if my decision will lead to tragedy?"

Shirou: "That's where you are wrong, it's not your decision to make. Even if you were to be kidnapped by someone these two would go after you even if they would need to go to another world. and if you are still scared become stronger, strong enough to protect the things you care about."

Chloe: "Onii-chan is right, don't think you can run away from us. We will track you down and make you apologise for making us worry so you better stop thinking about useless things and try to find solution, together."

Chloe put her hand out.

Illya: "As Chloe said, we are in this together and we'll always be."

Illya put her hand on Chloe's.

They both looked at Miyu who's tears began to run down her cheeks. She then hesitantly put her hand on top of the other two and smiled even though she still hasn't stop crying completely.

It all happened before my eyes as I drunk my tea.

(A/N No one guessed ROB's eyes. at the moment and no one attempted to guess Truck-chan's power, lol.

In this chapter I gave little spotlight to Miyu as I neglected her a little as of late, hope you like it.)
