Chapter 17: Lin Hua and Chen Lian 2

In the embrace of his wives, Lin Hua and Chen Lian, Li Tian felt a mixture of relief and warmth. The courtyard by the tranquil lake became a witness to a profound moment, where the walls that had separated them for so long began to crumble.

Lin Hua, with tearful eyes, spoke softly, "Husband, we never knew the extent of the burden you carried. We only wished to be a part of your life, to share joy and laughter with you."

Chen Lian, her voice choked with emotion, added, "We never meant to make you sad or burdened. If your cultivation was for the protection of your family, then we want to stand by your side, supporting you in every way we can."

Li Tian, holding them in his arms, looked into their eyes and said, "I appreciate your understanding. Today, as we stand here, let's start a new journey together. A journey where we create moments of happiness and where we share the joys and sorrows of life."

Lin Hua nodded. "Yes, husband. We want to be with you every step of the way."

Chen Lian, wiping away her tears, smiled. "We may have missed countless moments, but now is the time to make new memories together."

Li Tian, with a gentle smile, whispered, "Thank you for accepting me and for understanding me. From this day forward, I will cherish every moment with the two of you as a family."

The moon cast its soft glow on the courtyard, and more than ten minutes had passed with the three figures intertwined in an embrace.

Both Lin Hua and Chen Lian hugged Li Tian with all their might, as if fearing he would disappear like a sweet dream. 

After some time, the intense emotions of both girls subsided, and they began to realize that they were embracing their husband—a man. In fact, it was their first time hugging a man other than their father or brother. 

A sudden wave of embarrassment washed over both Lin Hua and Chen Lian, prompting them to stop hugging Li Tian and step back simultaneously.

Observing the embarrassed expressions on Lin Hua and Chen Lian's faces, Li Tian's heart started to beat faster. 

'Was everything I said about cultivating for their protection true? My previous self never experienced romantic emotions. However, now that I remember my past life, I can tell that I'm starting to long for love and have already fallen in love with both of them.'

"Husband, you should go inside your room now that night has descended." shyly said Lin Hua.

"Yes, husband, you should take a rest now. After all, you just broke through to the half-immortal stage today," Chen Lian continued after Lin Hua.

Li Tian, his heart pounding with conflicting emotions, looked at both of them. "You both want me to go inside my room now and take a rest, but I also want you to sleep with me on the same bed," he thought inwardly.

Li Tian, sensing the lingering shyness in Lin Hua and Chen Lian, decided to lighten the mood with a gentle smile. "Indeed, it has been a long day, and rest sounds like a good idea. Shall we retire to the room together?"

The suggestion seemed to catch both Lin Hua and Chen Lian off guard, and their eyes widened with surprise. The realization of the implication behind Li Tian's words hit them, and a blush crept onto their faces.

Lin Hua, trying to hide her embarrassment, said, "Husband, it's your room, and you need your rest. We have our own rooms to sleep in."

Chen Lian, echoing Lin Hua's sentiments, added, "Yes, we wouldn't want to intrude on your space."

Li Tian chuckled, finding their reactions endearing. "My dear wives, there's no need for such formality. We are family now, and there's no question of intrusion. In fact, I would be more than happy to share my space with both of you."

The subtle shift in Li Tian's expression conveyed a warmth that resonated with both Lin Hua and Chen Lian. 

It was a reassurance that their presence was not just tolerated but welcomed by their husband after living alone for so long all those years.

Encouraged by Li Tian's words, Lin Hua mustered the courage to say, "Husband, if you truly don't mind, then we would be honored to share your room."

Chen Lian, still blushing, added, "Yes, we are family, and family shares everything. We don't want you to feel uncomfortable, though."

Li Tian, feeling a mix of joy and nervousness, nodded. "Thank you both for understanding. Let's go then."

Li Tian thought inwardly, "I thought I'd have to coax them into agreeing to sleep on the same bed, and it would take some time, but by just mentioning it once, they completely agreed. They didn't even put up any defenses; they now look like devoted housewives, agreeing with every request of their husband. Hell yes, I like it."

As they walked inside the palace towards Li Tian's room, the two beautiful women and the handsome man looked like the heavenly pairs of immortals depicted in legends. 

The atmosphere was filled with a sense of warmth and closeness, as if they were destined to be together. Li Tian couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment and happiness as they approached the room, anticipating the shared moments ahead.

Upon entering the room, Lin Hua and Chen Lian noticed the elegant furnishings and the calming atmosphere. The soft glow from the night lamps created a cozy ambiance that felt inviting.

Li Tian gestured towards the large bed in the center of the room. "Please, make yourselves comfortable. It's a spacious bed, and there's plenty of room for all of us."

Lin Hua and Chen Lian, though still slightly reserved, couldn't deny the genuine warmth that Li Tian exuded.

As he settled on the bed, Li Tian took a moment to appreciate the sight of his wives in his room, a place that he only visited once or twice when the palace was first built by him. Now, it was transformed into a space to share intimacy and connection.

"Husband, we appreciate your generosity," Lin Hua said, breaking the brief silence. "But we also want you to rest. You've had a momentous day, and your well-being is our priority."

Li Tian, touched by their concern, smiled. "Thank you, Lin Hua. I am grateful to have both of you by my side. Now, let's rest together shall we"

As Li Tian settled under the soft blankets, feeling the warmth enveloping him, Lin Hua and Chen Lian climbed onto the bed. They positioned themselves on either side of him, ensuring there was an appropriate distance between them, even though the bed was quite spacious.

"Good night, husband, and good night, sister Lian," said Lin Hua, and after that, Chen Lian replied, "You too, sister and husband, have a good rest.".

Inside the bedchamber The moonlight was slowly glowing, and on the bed, Li Tian was sleeping in between two beauties.

As Li Tian lay enveloped in the calmness of the night, he marveled at the two sweet scents wafting from both sides. As a cultivator, he considered this moment akin to heaven. In a world marked by cruelty, the luxury of sleeping without worry was a rarity. 

Sleeping in a palace—beyond the reach of even the king of a kingdom—with two beauties by his side only elevated the experience.

His thoughts continued to wander. "Those two were ready to sleep on the same bed, but they maintained some distance. Now, before anything else, I have to make that distance between us disappear and make them truly mine. Cultivation is not a problem now, and I have plenty of time on my hands. They don't really need to sleep, being cultivators themselves, but they choose to accompany me by sleeping by my side. I will ensure that they continue to sleep by my side for many days to come until I conquer their hearts."

Li Tian couldn't help but smile inwardly as he contemplated the days ahead, a mix of lust and desire flickering in his eyes. After that, he started to fall asleep.
