-Jess-
"You ready for the new school year, sis?" My twin sister Hazel asked sarcastically.
"Fuck no." I laugh. "And now I'm the student body president. It's gonna be worse for me!"
Hazel snickered. "How so?"
"Well, for one, I was told that I have to give a tour to the new kids," I explain. "And you of all people know how I am around new people."
"I'm sure you'll do fine, Jess." Hazel encouraged. "You always do."
I rolled my eyes at her at started to get dressed, A plaid button-up shirt and jeans never hurt anyone.
"I doubt that, but thanks, sis," I said as I gave her a small smile.
"If only she knew." I think.
"Why are you getting ready so early, it's only the first day?" Hazel asked.
"I'm gonna walk with some friends to school," I say.
I grab my bag and phone and start to wall out. I then stop, turn around and hug my sister.
"See you at school, Hazelnut," I smirk before running.
"Oh, you fucker!" I heard her yell.
I laughed all the way to the front door.

It doesn't ever take long to find my friends, hell you can sometimes hear them before you see them. Then again, one's from Texas and the others from California. But hey I ain't judging, I join in along with them.
"SUP BITCHES!" I yell, putting my arms around Zeke and Kris.
"Good morning Jessica!" Kris said with a bigger than usual smile.
"Why do you do this?" Zeke said with a wtf expression on his face. He's the one I like to mess with the most. His reactions are hilarious!
I laugh. "I've been doing this since before you arrived. Don't take it personally."
"I know," Zeke said, cracking a small smirk.
"Holy shit, he smiles!" I say rather obnoxiously.
His smile fell back into a resting bitch face. "Yep."
When I first met him, I never understood why he hated the world, and frankly, I still don't. But whatever the reason is, it must be a good one.
"Why do you act like you hate everyone and everything in existence?" I ask him.
Zeke and Kris both turned slightly to look at each other before turning back towards me.
"That's a story for another time." Zeke finally replied. He looked at his phone. "I think it's time we start making our way to school."
I look at the time on my phone and read 7:47 am on my clock.
"Yeah." Kris agreed as she stood up. "Let's go."
