Three months after the divorce, the Muhiz family took custody of the child, it was the order from the court.

As at then When they got the divorce, the lawyer of the Muhiz family was strong enough, and they were richer, so they gave him a huge amount of money to work and that is called bribery.

At the court, the lawyer was able to give enough evidence against her for her negligence, they even put some lies against her, and at the end of the day, they won.

Mrs. Leila returned home with nothing, she felt betrayed. A life without her son was like a living hell for her.

Mrs. Leila also quit her work with the company, It doesn't take up to a week when she gets another one because most company wishes for her to work with them and boost them up.

Life became unfair to Mrs. Leila, she felt like the world should just come to an end.

She hardly takes any meals even with the force of her parents even her siblings have tried their best. She wishes for not but death.

After a month of being traumatic, she stood on her feet to fight for the custody of her child.

She found a very good lawyer who was ready to work but not after money, who had human feelings, who knew how it felt a mother with her child, who was raised by one parent which was his Mom.

Mr. Amir was the new founder's lawyer, she got. With the help of her nanny, she was able to gather more evidence this time around.

Mr. Amir explained to her, the reason why her child can be with her and she worked with those ideas and was able to have more than enough before revisiting the case.

On Monday morning, at the court, the judges were sitting, and the two lawyers were sitting alongside both families and friends all around.

"Good morning, Mr. Judges, everyone else here," Mr. Amir greeted.

"I believe that everyone was here during the case last time now the case has been reviewed back again as our Mrs. Leila disagrees and has enough evidence for her child to be with her which is more reason why we are here, "Mr. Amir explained.

"I will go first, as at last four months we were here and we have given enough evidence so I don't see a reason for opening this case again, "Mr. Salim said.

"Objection my Lord, there is a need to open the case because the person in question which is Mrs. Leila was wrongly accused of negligence, "Mr. Amir explained.

"The case is opened, so you may say anything, and let's continue," said the Judge.

"A year ago, Mrs. Leila's careless left her son who was having a birthday party and hanging out with her boyfriend, she never returned until three days later, claiming she was kidnapped, what kind of mother is that," Mr. Salim inquired.

"Objection my Lord, On the 21st of August that was nine days before their son's birthday, we got the information from the office where he works that it was a plan among his friends to kidnap her for three days it didn't stop there but they later agree on that same to rape her but to goodness, they didn't," Mr. Amir explained.

"That was lies against my client, he can't do any of those to his wife, he was the most lovely husband someone can find, "Mr. Salim exaggerated.

"Sir, I have the record of his conversation with me here if you don't mind, he didn't stop there, he cheated on his wife, and he brought different types of ladies into their home, What kind of attitude did you want this child to gain from his father audience, "Mr. Admir said.

"Objection my lord, those are accusations over my client, it has all been Mrs. Leila who has been flattering with other men while her husband was humble and prayed she change one day," Mr. Salim explained.

"Sir, the right of custody over a young child is with the divorced mother. That is because the mother will be more compassionate towards him than the father, and more aware of his needs: hygiene, cleanliness, neatness, and overall care of him. For this reason, the Law-Maker gave her the right to custody and gave her precedence over the father. This proves that women are given precedence over men in the affair of child custody. So the one having the most right to custody is the mother, then her mother, then the maternal aunts because they carry the position of the mother," Mr. Amir explained.

"Objection my lord, what happens to the child if she get married," Mr. Salim asked.

"If the mother remarries, she loses the custody and it passes to the next person in line. That is because her main concern now is her new husband. She can not busy herself with her baby to the disadvantages of her husband — unless her new husband permits that and allows her to hold on to the custody of her baby Then in that situation the right of custody remains with the mother," Mr. Amir explain further.

Everyone was left speechless with the information that Mr. Amir had just given.

The judge looked at everyone's expression, as some were surprised while others were not. The court went silent for a time waiting for the final judgment.

The judge cleared his throat, "The last time that this particular issue was brought it was not as competitive as this, the truth must be told. The main custody of a child be it a male or a female is the mother, mother is very important in everyone's life." he said.

"Sir, You are very sir there is another word to back up what you have just said that is the mother should breastfeed her child for two complete years. Therefore through the period, it is inferred that the years of infancy the right if upbringing and fostering the child remain with the mother."Mr. Amir said.

"You know so much how comes,"The judge asked.

"Yes because I grew with my mom and my grandmother,"Mr. Amir replies.

"We have to conclusion that the custody of the child goes to the mother Mrs. Leila. There is a saying which says 'the hug and kisses of that old woman to the child are more important and valuable than whatever material wealth you can offer the child."The judge said.
