The Secret Way of Warrior

Alexander opened the door and the first thing he saw was the pale face of his Wife. The moment he did so it reminds him of the pale face of his former lover. The lover that he didn't manage to save, the one that he hasn't given anything yet in return for all that love she had given to him.

The moment he saw her. He already forgot about the baby even though he is happy about a descendant, the one he loves is about to die… maybe. So, Alexander immediately casted the level 0 spell, Healing Palm.

From his palm a gentle white light is generated and infused into Rebecca's tired body. As the Healing Palm have an effect of assessing the patient body too, in that instant Alexander know that his Queen is only exhausted from the childbirth and is not in any danger.

The hand maiden was already bowing with a clean crying baby on her hand. She was bowing because she was fortune enough to saw the Miracle that could only be casted by nobles and royals.

Silently, Alexander took the baby from the handmaiden's hand before ordering her to go out from this room.

The moment Alexander took the baby from the handmaiden, the baby stopped crying, starring at Alexander with his blood red eyes. The baby have the white hair and the red eyes that Alexander have but it seems he will inherit his mother's pretty look instead the roguish look from his father.

As Alexander continuously to heal Rebecca, she woke up from her exhaustion and saw the baby boy on Alexander's arm.

"Darling, can I name him?" that was the first word she uttered the moment she woke up.

"Alright." Alexander was curious as his worry goes away, Is this the so called, motherly instinct?

"Then he will be named Michael." She smiled with that still pale face.

"Hmm… so be it, you are Michael Asturias, my son, be proud as you are the one that most likely to inherit my crown." Alexander said as he lifted Michael against the light as if Michael himself is emitting it.

"Darling can you let me hold him." Rebecca said to her husband with more than 30 years older than her but he looked just over 30.

Alexander smiled and give the baby to Rebecca who the moment left his arm into her arms started to reach for Rebecca.

Rebecca smiled with a smile full of love even though Alexander and Rebecca herself won't know that smile will change in the upcoming years.

**** 3 years later****

In those three years, Rebecca refused to let the handmaiden raised Michael but of course except the time when Michael woke up in the middle of night needing someone to make him asleep again.

Alexander often visited Michael too. In those years Alexander have felt the strain of old age a little more as unlike Warrior who infused their body with Mana for permanent strengthening or Mage who stored their mana in their heart to cast spell, Alchemist like Alexander although just like all three can do the basic level 0 technique of the three way of refining mana, his mana mostly resided in his head which didn't do much to strengthen his body which is why his longevity is a little lower than Mage or Warrior with the one with the longest longevity.

In those visit Alexander had, he noticed that Michael have been unconsciously refining mana and gathering it into his body. When he discovered it, it was already too late but in the other side even thought he won't be having Supreme firepower or Supreme Support, he can have a longer Longevity.

But again Alexander sighed because the first time you refine mana decide your future, that's why even though there is a lot of Warrior that is outside the Noble and Royalty there is not a lot of Mage and Alchemist, even those Warrior cannot break trough level 0 by themselves as they don't know any Secret of Warrior, making them only slightly stronger than average man.

But as the Royalty, Asturias family have one of the best Secret of Warrior, Mage, and Alchemist. Another bright side is, this indicate Michael is a genius Warrior.

By the age of three, Alexander noticed that Michael already had his entire body infused in Mana, unlike Mage or Alchemist who store Mana in a certain place, Warrior before the 1st level is all the same they must infuse a minimum level of Mana into all part of their body while Mage must infuse only their heart with mana before pulling any Mana scattered on their body while Alchemist do the same but the target is the head.

Perhaps it's because Michael is still a baby which have a smaller body that he can do this much faster and he didn't even do that consciously, most people do that consciously and the one with better talent need 5 years of hard work since completing the level 0 is equal to completing the Level 3.

Starting from level 1, the difference will show up based on the Secret Way that people used, so even though in the same level, some people could wipe the others out easily.

Michael is already taught enough that he can understand some parts of the Secret Way of Warrior that Asturias family had, to prevent him from spreading it, Alexander will only explain the 1st level.

The Secret Way of Warrior that Asturias family have is named 'The Golden Knight' it is rumoured that this is only the incomplete part and the real name of the Secret Way is 'The Holy Knight', this is because this Secret Way could only strengthen the body just a little stronger than the third-rate Noble or some genius villager that manage to created his own Secret Way but it could create weapons and armours that is purely made of Mana.

As a weapon of Mana, he could extend it and change it's shape when he is proficient with it, and usually Warrior is called barbarian because most of the weapon they hold break when they used it, he could even imitate some of the feats Mage on 1 level bellow him could do albeit not all of them.

The armours and weapons created at the first level could be called demonic and as the level progressed the armour and weapon progressively got less demonic until at the 4th level, which is just one level bellow Alexander, the armour and weapon turned ordinary before it turned more holy and bright as the level progressed.

In the competition for the crown, many of Alexander's brothers is actually more talented than him but all of them choose the Way of Mage or Warrior so he poisoned all of them until he is the one that is left.

Having experiencing it, that's why Alexander took only one wife because he didn't want many of his children to fight for the Throne or for the limited Prince or Princess tittle and also, he only needs one woman to love so why more.

Alas all his siblings have been killed by him, making the only possessor of the Title being Michael, his son.

"Listen, my son, if you were to do this every day at least an hour I will let you eat one candy and chocolate everyday too." Alexander convinced Michael to work on The Secret Way of The Golden Knight.

"Really, you won't be mad at me for eating candies anymore." Michael said while rising his head.

As expected, he inherited his mother's pretty look and as a child, he looked like a doll but that will change when the puberty hit him.

"Yes, I will even let you eat all you want if you manage to surprise me." Alexander said with a smile.

"How do I will surprise you, Father." Michael asked with a serious face.

"If you manage to make some black and spikey thingy on your body along with a red sword with holes on it." Of course, the armour is the demonic armour that serve more as intimidation than anything and the holes on the sword is actually human like faces.

Alexander smiled a little looking forward to the screams from his son and his beloved wife. Alexander then went off, as he is The King even if most of the management job is managed by his minister but some required his personal attendance and he have to regularly checked on them to ensure that they won't be corrupt.
