CHAPTER 63: Distress call

[ next day, 5th of July ]

Leo was busy walking around his base checking out all the departments and their progress.

"My lord"

Leo turned around seeing the four of his commanders walking toward him.

"Morning Lord of celestial" they all greeted.

"You guys can call me Leo if we are alone" Leo said and looked at Luna who stood at the back like a scared child.

"How're you feeling now Luna?"

"Am good Leo." Luna said sheepishly.

Leo smiled and turned to yuner "what's the matter?"

"We just want to remind you that we're low on guns."

"And who said we're low on guns?" Leo asked with a smile which made all the commanders look at him like fools.

"Follow me, I was going to the storage department." The four commanders nodded and followed him.

Jim stood outside behind a metal building waiting for Leo, after a while Leo and the four commanders arrived at the storage department while Jim rushed up to them.

"Good morning my Lord"

"Morning, Where are the weapon section located?" Leo asked calmly.

"Follow me my Lord"

Jim led them to the warehouse built entirely with metal and a palm unlock security set at the door.

"My lord please put your palm let Me set the security" Jim said with a smile showing off his idea.

Leo laughed inside seeing the security system. 'When doomsday start all these security systems will be useless, there'll simply shut down.' He looked at Jim who was smiling, waiting for compliments and said.

"When doomsday start all this will be useless, so before 10th of July remove this security lock, I'll provide a lock after doomsday."

Jim smile fall, but he quickly nodded and place his palm on the screen opening the metal door.

Leo looked at the small boxes in the large storage room and ask. "How many guns are here?"

"10,000 my Lord while we have a total of 200,000 fighters and more are still joining" iron fist answered.

Leo nodded calmly and said "step back"

The five took a step back and Leo waved his hand and countless guns and weapons appeared in the room almost filling half of it. Their jaws drop wide open staring at the guns which appeared out of nowhere.

"There are a total of 400,000 guns and explosives, and 200,000 cold weapons with millions of ammunition, will these do?"

"Yes…"

Iron fist and the rest nodded absent-mindedly.

"Good I'll leave all these to you guys" Leo said walking outside heading to the farming department.

Jasmine was busy giving orders to the new workers, seeing Leo coming she quickly walked up to him.

"Good morning Leo, what are you doing here?"

"Just looking around, and I want to ask how you are doing, I hope they're not running you dry" Leo said with a smile looking at the busy place with people walking back and forth.

"Oh no Leo, I have 100 people helping me manage, I control both the farming and rearing, so I have the most workers that why it looks busy here."

"What about the food stock? How long can it last" Leo asked.

"With your idea of using coupons to exchange for food, the food we have in store can last half a year but don't worry Leo before that time we'll add more to the stock." Jasmine said confidently.

Leo nodded staring at the artificial late, Jasmine followed his daze and said with a smile "Nora brought the idea while Sam dug the pit and Nora filled it with water, forming the lake to rear fishes, I set some workers to be responsible for rearing the fishes they caught in the sea."

Leo nodded hearing her explanation, after talking for a while he left.

'Potentate show me The population in my base and their departments.'

[ population 400,850: 100,000 workers that is 20,000 doctors, 30,000 farmers, 20,000 builders, 20,000 scavengers, 10,000 fish-rearing. 200,000 soldiers ]

"What about the rest?"

[ They're either till signing or the rest are children and elderly ]

Ring, Ring, Ring

Leo brought out his phone and look at the caller. "Mr maxim?" He was presently surprised but still answered the call.

"What's wrong mister maxim?"

"How do you know something is wrong?" Maxim's anxious voice came from the other end.

"You won't call me If everything is going smoothly, so tell Me, what is it?"

"Mr Leo, can you please come to my base"

Leo frowned slightly. "Come to your base? You know it's only five days left before doomsday, and to get to your base will take two days."

"Please Mr Leo" maxim got more anxious hearing Leo.

"Ok... I will be there" Leo said calmly.

"Thank you Mr Leo, I'll be waiting for you" maxim said and hung up.

Leo looked at his phone with a bitter smile. 'Well you're one of the reason my base is these successful, what would I be if I don't help.' Leo thought and called all his subordinates.

[ COMMAND ROOM ]

"Don't worry Leo we'll handle things here" Mike said calmly.

Leo nodded and gave them some instructions and walked out with Nora and Ricky.

"We have four days" Leo said, calmly sitting in the car.

"We'll make it" Ricky said starting the car driving out of the base in full speed.

[ Two days later, 7th of July ]

Gotten to maxim base the three came out of the car.

"Thank you for coming Mr Leo, and welcome celestial kings" maxim said with a smile while the two just nodded in mild surprise.

"Word spread fast" Leo said calmly, shaking hands with maxim and added.

"So what's the problem?"

"It's like this Mr Leo..."

It turned out the soldiers he asked for haven't yet arrive and the commander he assigned in the post said he already sent 100,000 soldiers, but the problem is they haven't yet arrive.

"So Mr Leo, I think something is stopping then on the way"

Leo nodded and ask "So what's their location?"

"The last contact is on the other side of the city" maxim brought out a map and showed Leo.

"Can I know the name of the one in command?" Leo inquired.

"Zack" maxim answered.

Leo nodded and check his name on the system after using 200 Doom stones he nodded and said.

"We'll be going now"

"Good luck Mr Leo" maxim said watching them entered the car and drove away.

[ one day later, 8th of July ]

The 100,000 soldiers were being held by 100 people, 50 modify humans and 50 skull organization men. After Leo took away their weapons from shadow. They have been looking for ways to get new weapons but with these soldiers they could have both guns and captives for hemsal experiments.

"You guys have wasted too much energy and time defending against us, as I said, It's useless, look! You have loss 30,000 soldiers! If we attack in full force you'll all be dead, so... do yourselves a favor and surrender peacefully" blood pressure said with a bored smile.

"What! Are you scared now?!!" The soldiers' commander roared at her.

They have lost too many men while the blood princess haven't even lost one because of their guerrilla attacks which he hates.

"Ok then, as you wish" blood princess said, ready to give her order.

As the two said were about to clash again an off-road vehicle speed and stopped at the center of the two groups with a beautiful drift.

They wasted a whole day to get here which made Leo frustrated, now seeing the blood princess it only fueled his frustration.

"YOU!! What're you doing here?!" Blood princess asked seeing Leo coming out of the car, her face turning serious.

Leo didn't answer her but turned to the commander and said coldly. "Are these the only people who are keeping you here for a whole three or what fucking days?!! For God's sake, you have 100,000 soldiers with you, while they're only 100!!"

The commander lower his head, even though he hasn't seen Leo he had surely heard of him, as long he's here to help he will take anything the other party say.

Leo shook his head and gave a command

"Leave no one alive"

With his command both Nora and Ricky shot out.

"Fire!!!"

Blood princess gave her order and countless bullets flew out heading straight toward Nora and Ricky. Both already core formation fighters even red zombies will find it hard to stop them let alone normal humans, with Nora speed and Ricky strength they broke into the enemy line killing them like fish on chopping-boards.

"Kill these two!!"

Blood princess roared, and all the modify humans charged only to be slaughter by Nora and burnt to cripes by Ricky.

In matter of minutes all the 100 men met their demise shocking the 70,000 soldiers left. Blood princess shook her head with a bitter smile looking at the two young people in Front of her.

"Celestial kings right? Thanks for showing me your strength, I also heard there are six of you, can't wait to see them."

"Shut up and prepare to die" Ricky said calmly his flames enveloping his sword.

"Sorry, I am not ready to die yet" blood princess said and struck her blood sword in the ground. Next moment the sword turned into red smoke and engulfed her.

"We'll see again"

With that she disappeared without a trace, shocking everyone including Leo.
