"knock! knock!" I knocked at the door of the office as I had finally made my way to the office. Instantly after the knocks, I heard loud sounds coming from inside. After sometime, the door opened.

"You are finally here! Come inside!"

"O-okay. Weird?" Why isn't she angry about it she should have heard what we were doing? I then looked at her ears as I was curious to why she wasn't angry to maybe have the answer. And I understood why she didn't look angry she had some kind of earplugs in her ears to block of her hearing. But, as I entered the office I knew that she had gotten angry earlier as the desk wasn't the same as before. It was light brown before and now was completely black. She probably destroyed it and had to replace it by another one. I got chills for Emma as I thought of the destroyed desk.

Curious to know why she had those earplugs even though she knew that I was having sex with Emma. I asked her straight forwardly.

The desk completely exploded as it was struck by her fist. And for me, I flinched. I wouldn't say I was afraid of her as I knew now that she loved me very deeply, but I still got a bit of a fright.

Suddenly, a deep turquoise aura that was dark before, but changed as she upgraded her technique emanated around her. I never saw it this big. the aura was filling the whole room. Maybe, because I got stronger my sense got stronger too, but I could feel an enormous bloodlust coming from her. As it wasn't aimed at me I was okay, but I still felt some pressure from it.

"I'll... Kill... Them..." She had lost any sense of reason knowing that her son was hurt, because of her and those men that were clearly from either the Skaica territory or the Osta territory.

Knowing that the situation was really bad, I needed a way to calm her as I didn't want her to confront both family without a plan beforehand.

'Think of something Jack! You can't let her kill them yet! That would alert both families and we will lose our advantage that we have on them! Ah! She is quite fond of me right? why don't I try to hug her or something? Maybe that calm her down a little? But, before even trying to hug I should try to get to her before and I am sure it will be quite hard. I am standing a little further and I already feel her pressure.' Even with the pressure she emanated I still tried to get closer.

With just two step closer to her I started losing HP every seconds. Not so much as it wasn't aimed at me, but it was still dangerous.

The closer I got the slower I went and the more HP I lost. With just her aura alone I was walking much slower than normal as it supressed me. adding the bloodlust and it was a fatal combo to me, but I persisted and walk a little more.

I was now one step to get to her and I was losing 20 HP every seconds. Looking at my HP trough the status window told me that I was still fine.

It's just one step! Why can't I go further? It's like I'm getting pressed to the ground by the strength of a giant! I just can't put any more strength in my legs! feeling like this was it I couldn't go further, I remembered that I wasn't using any mana coating on my body. in an instant, I distributed my mana to every part of my body to get stronger and gain more HP. 5 seconds had passed since i had gotten to one step to her.

even with the 5 seconds that passed I had more HP because of the mana that I coated my body with. With my new found strength, I was finally able to reach her and hug her. seconds passed and nothing happened.

'She lost her mind so much that she can't even feel me hugging her! I need to hurry and do something or else I will die!' Knowing her, she'll probably end her life trying to destroy both of the territories trying or kill herself after having done so. I can't let this happen. Then in a hurry, I thought of something. "It's not ideal, but I'm sure she'll wake up with this!" I said as I took the back of her head to bring it closer to my lips and I kissed her.
