"Sir, please come in. Someone will lead you to your room." The waiter said.
He called another waiter and explained the situation to another waiter. The other waiter nodded and smiled at Grandpa Long as he greeted Grandpa Long.
"Sir, please follow me." The waiter smiled.
Grandpa Long nodded his head, satisfied with the treatment that he received.
"Sir, it is not fair. They come later than us. You told us that you are fully booked for tonight. But then time for them, you suddenly have a table for them? What is this treatment? It is not fair. You should know the rule, first come, first serve." The man who came before Grandpa Long and others complained to the waiter.
The waiter did not panic. He smiled politely.
"We are indeed fully booked for tonight. However, that is for a normal customer. It is different for the VIP or VVIP customer." The waiter explained.
"What?" The man frowned. "Then, tell me how can I be the VIP or VVIP customer?"
