Saving Tatia 2

Tatia: "what are you doing in my home and my bedroom ???"

Future Viktor and Sage both got into the house and saw the past Viktor with Tatia having a conversation they all knew well.

"Viktor, and this is nothing personal, love"

The past Viktor said as his true face appeared which scared the living daylight out of Tatia who wanted to run away but could not as she was too slow when compared to the past Viktor who rushed her and bit into her neck draining her of her blood and threw her body to the ground before saying something about the Petrova doppelganger being troublesome.

Immediately he said that, he fell to the ground and screamed as he felt his bones breaking and bending in an unnatural way, he was going through this process repeatedly until it was finally over and he stood up and looked at the lifeless body of Tatia one more time before he left to save his brother.

Sage: "you are really something else, killing her and just leaving her body here, you are a heartless and brutal killer"

Sage commented on how Viktor killed Tatia with no remorse despite them having a childhood history with her.

Viktor: "I never said I was a good guy and if you think this is a brutal killing then you have not seen a brutal murder"

Viktor said while waiting for Tatia's soul to leave her body so that he can reap it like a grim reaper.

Sage: "so how are you going to do this?"

Viktor: "it's just simple, when her soul leaves her body, I will just use the spell I prepared specially for it and make her go to the other side in a very special place where nobody can access and she won't be able to communicate with anyone and when we GI back, I will just perform a simple resurrection spell and bam, Tatia is back"

Viktor told Sage the process that he wanted to use to bring Tatia back from the dead.

Sage on the other hand started to think of possibilities to use this in her favour, she could prevent the death of her mother , so that her father would forget about his revenge against the Celestial Court and maybe in the process help save Ryannen so as to make the Guardians docile and then everyone is happy and there will be no conflict among the three factions.

Viktor: "whatever you are thinking, I would advice you to give it up, I don't do charity and I am not the Messiah that resurrect anybody just because someone asks me to"

Seeing the way Sage zoomed out in her thoughts, Viktor had an idea of what she was thinking like making him travel through time and prevent the death of the people closet to her.

Sage: "come please, you can do it, it's just two people, my mother and Ryannen and this might even benefit you and your family as you will not have the Guardians coming after you, please think about it. I would have done it myself but I can't since it is a nexus event, so I can't change it like simply going back to that point in time and tell them that they are going to die that day because no matter what I do they will always..."

Viktor: "die, because that's the day they are meant to die"

Viktor finished the statement for Sage as he could see that she truly meant what she was saying, but even if he wants to help her, there is a problem.

Viktor: "you see, even if I want to help, I might be able to do it as there is a tiny little problem not with your mother, I can easily help your mother but I can't help Ryannen, she is not human and I don't have what it takes currently to help Ryannen, she is the problem"

Sage didn't lose hope when she heard him because he said something, he said 'currently' meaning he has a way to save Ryannen.

Sage: "no problem, you can take all the time you want, and since you are bringing back Tatia, Ryannen would not hold any grudge against your family, in fact, you would come to love this Ryannen as she was vastly different from the rage and hatred driven Ryannen, she is lovable"

Viktor: "oh please spare me the details, let's go back to why we are here"

Viktor had to stop Sage because even he himself knew that Ryannen wasn't bad in the books as the reason she hated vampires in the books was because of Elena who gave up her Guardian status just to stay together with the Salvatore brothers, a vampire which did not go well with her.

Sage: "how are you going to actually see her soul leaving her body?"

Sage asked Viktor as she did not understand how he was going to see a soul without any aid.

Viktor: "well, I would have needed a lot of things to actually create something capable of doing that but since we are low on time, you tell me when the soul leaves the body"

Sage was once again shocked to know that Viktor also knew about her ability to see souls of people.

She wondered how many things he knows about her kind which he isn't letting out.

Viktor: "stop staring at me, focus, her soul should be leaving her body very soon"

Sage decided to put the matter in the back of her head and focus on what brought them here.

Viktor and Sage wait for few minutes before Viktor saw Sage creating something akin to a barrier around Tatia's body.

After she did that, the soul of Tatia was visible to him.

Sage: "do whatever you have to do quickly as I can't hold this barrier for long"

Viktor immediately went to work as he knew how taxing the abilities she was using could be, first was the time travel and now a soul related ability, two fundamental concept.

Viktor chanted the spell needed for putting a mortal's soul to the other side.

The soul of Tatia glowed brightly before vanishing to the Other side.

Sage collapsed as she was out of breath for doing what she just did and had to rest for a while before she could take them back to home.

Viktor: "you did well, thank you, you can rest for as long as you want, we don't have to be in a rush, you deserve it"

Viktor laid Sage on Tatia's bed before sealing the room to prevent any one from going inside.

After he did that, he went out of the house into the settlement to walk down through memory lanes.
