Theo wasn't sure where he was.

Actually, that was a lie, he was in a hospital. But this wasn't HIS hospital.

Why was he in this hospital? Which hospital was this? What was he doing here? Who brought him here?

Theo frowned, looking down at his attire, he wasn't in a hospital gown.

Theo had severe epilepsy and always needed someone on standby. It would happen at least a couple of times a day and it led to him not being able to have a normal life or a regular job. On top of that, he had asthma, and yes, it was severe.

Regardless of that, where was he?

Was this a different room? He's never been here.

It looked like an ordinary patient ward. But bougie.

Very nice.

Excellent.

But, he can't afford it.

Theo sighed, there couldn't have been a mix-up, he was a regular!

Suddenly, the door opened and a young nurse came in," Mr. Mathews!"

She looked surprised," You're up!"

Theo frowned, this wasn't his nurse?

"Y-yes!," he responded," May I ask who you are, and, where I am?"

"Oh!" the nurse waved her hand sympathetically," You must be so confused! We are in DNE hospital, you were just in an accident and had a concussion, you also had some small scratches, but we fixed that up for you sweetie, don't worry."

"I see," Theo said politely nodding his head in apparent understanding.

Accident? Mathews? DNE hospital? What?

Theo's head was in a whirl, was it the concussion?

Theo's last name was Marian, the state name that was given to orphans. How could he have been in an accident? He was sure he was already in the hospital yesterday due to a very bad epileptic fit.

"Well, your vitals seem fine," the nurse said after checking him.

"I'll just let your parents in then."

His parents?????

"Theo!!!!!" a well-maintained middle-aged woman exclaimed as she walked in," Are you alright, sweety?"

The woman looked distressed as she leaned in to give him a warm hug.

"Your mother was so worried!" A handsome middle-aged man said, following her, patting his leg," Don't scare us like that!"

Theo nodded somewhat lost.

This... this was new.... Was he in some sort of hidden camera prank show?

He was not in a prank show... he was reborn.

Theo couldn't believe it.

He was sitting in his family's car as they drove to their house. The expensive car smoothly escorted them to their destination. They were currently on the highway. His mom and dad were arguing over little things as he looked out the window.

Theodore Mathews, the son of Barry Mathews, the owner of a chain of malls all over the country has suddenly regained his memories of his past life; Theo Marian, the orphan epileptic with severe asthma issues, who looked exactly like him and was the same age as him when he died.

He had forgotten about his present memories for a few moments, which is why he was so confused, but even after getting his present memories, it didn't make him any less confused!

The memories started coming back to him after his parents left to give him some space seeing that he was tired. This was not earth, it was some sort of parallel universe. Here, the alpha, beta, and omega tropes were actually real... it wasn't surprising, he was an omega all his life.

Theo, in his past life, wasn't someone who was unaware, he had read many a novel in the hospital and he had worked as a librarian for a while when his fits were reducing in number per day. It was a quiet job that the government agent had recommended to him. It was a job that he loved since he loved reading.

But to actually think that he was not only reborn but was actually reborn into an omegaverse world...

Theodore honestly, didn't know how to react. He didn't know whether to be surprised that there was a place where there aren't six genders. Or that there were six genders in the first place. He preferred male Alphas and Betas, so he would be considered homosexual in his previous life?

That and the fact that he was reborn and had the memories of his previous life...

Theo felt like he was going through some world view changing sh*t right now....

Mr. and Mrs. Mathews could see that their baby son was quieter than usual and it made them a little worried, he would usually be very dissatisfied or would ask for a gift, but the accident seemed to have really scared him.

They would make sure to pamper him to the greatest extent they could!

Theo stared at the ceiling, wow, he really was reborn. He sighed, he didn't know why he was upset. He had been living this life for 18 years now, and just because he got his previous life's memories back, he was feeling all these weird emotions.

He was really going to miss his old doctor and nurse, the people at the library even that annoying kid who would put boogers under the tables.

But more than that, he felt like he was really lucky, the universe must have given him such great conditions in this world because he suffered in his last life.

He had grown up an orphan, he had no friends, he knows what it is like to not be able to breathe or be in control of his body, waking up in random places and not knowing what was happening, he never had a boyfriend, or even kissed anyone... he was quite miserable in his last life.

This life was heaven compared to his last life. Theo had always been insecure about being an omega, but....

Theo was filled with vitality, he was going to live a good life this time! He will make sure to be rich, beautiful, and successful. He has to be one of those people who everyone wants to be. He was going to be a boss! So what if he was an omega? This was much better than his last life!
