New Domino City! Where All Dreams Die (I)

New Domino City, one of the first cities to be established after the great war forty years ago. The city is also ranked No.3 for the most crime. New Domino was the battle field where the great war took place four decades ago.

In this city, it's survival of the fittest for ordinary people that don't have a *gift.

"You're surrounded!" Downtown several black metallic SWAT vehicles surround a ten story office building. About forty men wearing black baggy uniforms and bullet proof armor surrounded the building holding their rifles and shields up. This everyone, is a hostage situation.

"Drop your weapons and release the hostages!" The officer yells through the megaphone.

Inside the office are five men wearing identical black suits, four of them are wearing plain white clown faced masks while their leader is wearing a clown mask, the left side of the jaw is red and the other side has two blues lines going down the side.

"Shut the hell up!" The leader yells and pulls and man under his left arm and gives the officer the bird. "If you come one step closer, I'll blow this guy's head off!" He says holds his gun to the hostages head. Behind the ringleader, the rest of his men are guarding several other people with sacks tied around their heads, while one of the masked men are putting sticks of dynamite in a box.

"Damn it, where the hell is that guy." Across from the office build standing on the roof is two men alo wearing black SWAT uniform. "Goddamn heroes..." He says and the guy next to him flinched and gasped. "Huh? what's wrong with you?" He questions. "Look behind you."

Behind the two is a tall man wearing a navy blue suit with expensive gold chains around his neck, multiple rings in his left hand. He has long violet hair pulled into a ponytail and the sides of his head was shaved.

Hiroki walked up to the two men with a smirk on his face. "O-oh you're here!" The officer says nervously.

"No need to act surprised." Hiroki says with a chuckle as he passed the two men. "I heard everything you said." He then yawns as he walks closer to the edge of the roof, blue electricity forms around him.

"You extras can leave now," He says, Hiroki then zaps away at the speed of light and breaking through the window of the office building, standing on the window seal right infront of the masked ringleader. The masked men flinched as he see's Hiroki so close to him, he backs up and points the barrel of his gun at the scared man he is using as a hostage in his arms. "S-stop right there!" The man says and Hiroki grins at the man's sudden change. "I-if you don't, I'll—"

(*ZAP!*)

A blue streak passes by him. "Huh?" The masked man says confused. "That hostage," Hiroki says. The man looks at the guy in his arm and see's that he's dead. "I can't believe you killed that innocent hostage~" Hiroki says with a dark grin on his face. "You really are just a bunch of trash."

"AAAAAAAH!! YOU F*CKER!" The masked man whips out his gun ready to shoot Hiroki, but in a flash of blue light half of the man's face is gone.

(*POW!*)

A adult sized hand shape whole was left on the masked man's right side of his face, he land on the ground dead. Hiroki then comes behind the next guy and grabs his hand making him point his gun at the rest of the tied up hostages.

"You're the one who killed them, got it?" Hiroki says as the man entire body shakes in fear. Hiroki makes the man pull the trigger shooting the rest of the innocent tied up hostages.

Hiroki then sliced the man's throat using his hand, blood spills out like a water sprinkler as the man falls to the ground dead. Hiroki turns to the others and smiles. "Well, that takes care of the other hostages..." Bright blue electricity surrounds Hiroki's hands as he clenched his fists. "Now then..." Lightning sparks bounce and race around him as he stride towards the other gunman. Hiroki's black eyes burn a teal color. "It's time to carry out JUSTICE."

All that could be seen from outside of the building is glowing blue light and horrific screams of the people inside getting slaughtered.

A few miles away on the roof of a skyscraper is a girl with long snow white hair with purple streaks and heterochromia red and purple eyes. Her outfit consits of a larger dark purple high collar zip-up jacket, a black baggy t-shirt and black sweat pants and white sneakers that look similar to air jordan's. This is our MC Atlas a person who was reincarnated into this corrupted world.
