Leo didn't know what was on the USB at all, it could be anything from pictures to tax declarations, but Leo felt like it would be valuable.

Leo scavenged the room further and found multiple luxurious watches and jewelry in the closet.

Once again, Leo put the items to the side, it was too bulky to bring along for now.

Besides, Leo wanted to finish the mission.

He knew that there were 2 guards outside of the study, and one inside, meaning he would have to kill three people total.

Leo headed over and considered doing the kill loudly.

After all, he would be able to dip right afterward.

In the end, Leo decided against it since it wouldn't allow him to retrieve the extra loot.

The moment he took a shot the entirety of the mansion would flood over.

Leo decided to also not use his sarkic powers, they put a lot of strain on his body and he would have to learn to control them gradually, he didn't want to overload his body.

Leo would still have to be careful when entering the study, since if someone else shot toward him it would also make a hell of a lot of noise, alerting all of the other guards in the mansion.

Leo slowly but surely started approaching the study, he would do this quick and without doubt.

There indeed were 2 guards outside of the study, but they would pose only a minimal threat to Leo.

Leo acted like he was patrolling and approached the two guards infront of the door.

They were keeping a careful eye on Leo, but they were not careful enough.

The moment Leo was infront of the two guards he snapped toward them and shapeshifted his hand into a blade, piercing the heads of both the guards.

Leo barged the door open to the study and dragged them both in before closing the door quickly and taking a few quick breaths, like he was panicking.

Leo knew there was one more guard in the room and the target, and Leo was gonna fool them both.

The guard quickly dashed over, pointing his gun at Leo, but upon recognizing him as one of the guards, he lowered his gun, quickly going to aid the two wounded guards.

A disgusting smirk appeared on Leo's face as he looked around the room.

His target could be seen sitting in a chair, panicking.

The moment Leo noticed that the guard was no longer paying attention to him, but instead to the two wounded guards he struck.

He quickly leapt up and lunged for the guard putting him in a rear naked choke.

Before the guard could react Leo had already slit his throat.

Leo's target, looked around, panicking even more.

Leo had noticed that he was carrying a handgun and his target reached for it.

Leo still had the guard in a rear naked choke as he was bleeding out and Leo reached for the pistol in the guard's holster, pointing it toward his target.

His target had his hand on the gun, but it was still holstered.

"Move that gun one inch and you will have a .45 ACP lodged into your skull, if you listen to what I have to say you will not have to die." said Leo.

Leo's target contemplated for a second before removing his hand from the gun, and putting them in the air.

Leo slowly walked over, keeping aim at the man at all time before reaching into his holster, and throwing the gun out of range.

"Let me guess, FDL send you." said Leo's target.

"You're right about that." said Leo as he took a seat.

"How much did they pay you?"

"5 million."

"Only five?!? Listen, if you let me go right now I will pay you 40 million! Wait, no, one hund-"

Before the man could finish his sentence Leo had already stabbed him through the gut.

"You see my friend, my loyalty is unquestionable at the moment, a couple of extra bucks won't result in me cancelling the job."

"Bu- you said I woul- not di-"

The man started choking on his own blood as he looked up to Leo.

A nasty smirk appeared again on Leo's face.

"Oh, right. I said that, didn't I? Well, sorry friend but I lied! hahahahah!"

As Leo's target was taking his last breaths, he looked up to Leo one last time as he muttered his last words.

"A monst- the seraph of the..."
