With the morning sun shining brightly overhead, Hiji stood next to Renka's door, teasing her about her apparent age. 

"You know, every time I see you, I think the years decide to have a reunion on your face," Hiji joked, a grin spread wide across his face.

Renka, who had just stepped out, shot Hiji a look that was half irritated. "And every morning, I hope your sense of humor has matured, yet here we are," Renka retorted, closing the door behind him.

At that moment, Karyan, Sin, and Reverie came from the house, each carried the weight of the goal ahead in their eyes. 

They shared brief glances, a silent acknowledgment of the path they were about to tread together, before setting off toward Rexara.

Rexara was next to the border of mountains, usually the Royals would have the mountains secured, but now, it was empty.

As they entered the city, the scene transformed dramatically.
