Lawrence, still with his hand gently resting on Emma's waist, leaned in closer, a mischievous glint in his eyes.
"Emma, don't you think it's somewhat unfair that I'm the one that is always answering your questions?" He whispered softly.
Indeed, ever since he had stepped foot here, it was mainly Lawrence answering Emma's questions, and not the other way around. In fact, the only question that Lawrence had asked seemed ridiculous now.
After all, he had asked Emma regarding the other three women's names, but it was clear that Lawrence had long known their names.
Thus, his question wasn't much of a question either, but a validation to see if Emma would give the truth or a lie.
However, Emma wasn't that easy to deal with and let Lawrence take control of the situation.
"Unfair?" Emma raised an eyebrow and seemed somewhat amused.
