Observation and thoughts.

"Lord, hope the dishes are to your taste" asks the emperor with a slight small on his face. Emperor though above two twenty's was still handsome, with wisdom reflecting in his eyes. While empress similarly above two fifteen and five was beautiful, gentle and graceful was the description she displayed, sitting upright yet docile beside the emperor.

While Yusheng was observing them, they were also observing Yusheng. People below though facing their dishes and chatting with each other had their ears pointed towards the platform even peeking from the corner of their eye.

Beautiful eyes that was clear as spring water and clear blue sky, wide forehead like vast land, beautiful nose standing as proud as mt yan, like flowers petal and red as cherry lips, chin crescent round like moon. Everything pointed how auspicious her features were and how she would have a beauty to overthrow nations in coming future.

Everyone sighed looking at the girl that looked like a doll carved from a jade, lamenting how much their daughters lacked when compared to her.

Yusheng for the first time spoke " this lord thanks emperor for the invitation, so far it has been pleasant for this lord"

She was indirectly hinting" it's not that especial but good enough" while getting the hint emperor nodded and went back to eating and drinking.

Beside the platforms not so high or low was consort mu, emitting her hint of seductive beauty aura, thought not overiding the protocol she was still dressed all beautifully. Though her status as being favored was shown to all but it also hinted she was all but still a concubine.

The ambitions she had and the things she had done behind showed how unsatisfied she was of her status. She also had been observing Yusheng from the moment she had entered the hall.

Observing she learned that Yusheng was not an easy pie to eat, if possible she had wanted to bring this big tree to her side to achieve her ambitions from the moment she heard that Yusheng would be coming to the capital. She had planned lots of things in order to win over Yusheng but though unwilling she knew her plans had all gone to drain.

She now feared that coming of Yusheng would result her to rather eat loss for the plannings she had painfully placed and achieve, specially regarding to 2nd prince.Though inside she was feeling turbulence her face had a serene look.

While Yusheng though looked serene, a little bit cold with an aura of immortal surrounding her, inside her anger and desire to kill was at its peak. She was feeling thankful for the training she had gone through resulting her to have great mental power.

If not, the feelings would have definitely leaked out in the form of murderous and killing aura. Looking at her nemesis below and beside she wanted to peel of their skins and carve their bones.

But she soothes her heart chanting to herself as not to rush, she will hunt and kill her nemesis slowly, painfully and playing with them like a cat does to a mouse. Only then her soul would feel the relief.
