Generous hand

Shiyou along with his party couldn't help but feel angry and ashamed from Anshi's explainations. This way of hitting and putting medicine by same hand was indeed unique and venting to huajin.

It was hidden secret known to all that the men who Anshi was talking about was indeed people sent by huajin and that the remaining one were indeed hidden in huajin as platoon and squad leaders of their hidden army.
