Dangerous couple

While huajin was brewing with all the subtle changes and schemes the main source were enjoying happy journey. With a week left to enter the huajin land there current pace was much leisure.

Stoping from time to time to enjoy the scenery, or to taste delicacies of new places. Currently they were enjoying sunbath near a beautiful lake while the other three were immersed in fishing and competing each other. Their servants preparing for the lunch and waiting for their masters to provide fishes as bonus.

Yusheng and Pei Jin were playing Qi while laughing from time to time at the bickering of Zhang and Qingfeng. After an hour more all of them now were seated on table to have lunch with the fishes added on the menu.

The entire lunch was hearty with constant laughing and bickering even the usually cold face Pei Jin would chuckle from time to time while meticulously serving his beloved.

Qingfeng sipping on the wine places his cup down and looks at the couple "we are quite near to our destination...I believe five days from now huajin will sniff us out...though it's not that strange to make sudden appearance in name of taking safety measures but still Shiyou is too clever to fall for it..he for sure will be suspicious and will definetly tighten his net...which is not good for our plan.."

Marshall Chen Yi agress with Qingfeng " feng is right..to catch him off guard and interfering in our plans...we will have to let them know of our presence...I believe all the other envoys also will be doing the same...they for sure will take steps to welcome each nations presence while also tightening their plans they have planned.. with our people on place and watching them like hawks..we will have the upper hand of their any minute changes..."

Pei Jin nods his head "hmm..benwang and Yu'er were also of same mind as yours...we have decided to inform the matter tomorrow as the report we received has disclosed each nations current location...we have also sent each nation the message to have sent the notice of our arrival on the same day tomorrow...though strange but they won't go far to think it was planned as the locations of each nation is opposite to one another..."

Yusheng who was playing with the rim of her wine cup and looking at the wine within without raising her head replies "no need to be anxious..we are already several steps ahead...even if they feel bitter inside they have to gulp it down like a sweet nectar...they wouldn't be foolish to act just to anger all the envoys and resulting in the failure of meeting even before it takes place...

there's no law that says a nation with fragile thread of peace must announce its location and placing themselves in danger from various threats...at most one should inform before they reach their borders for avoiding unnecessary misunderstandings and clash...giving a heads prior to four days is already giving them a big face...one shouldn't be too greedy as it is a sign of disaster"

All the people beside Pei Jin couldn't help but feel chills from Yusheng's intellect and composure. They patted their chest inside to have her as a friend and family than a foe who was inevitabely a dangerous presence in the entire world.

To hide so deep, with patience and such meticulous planning with consideration to every minute details have to say even Pei Jin was a cut below. Unknown to them if not for her rebirth even though genius still Pei Jin was undoubtedly a force to reckon. With the wheel of fate spinned once again had what it made such favorable conditions for them.

They thought Nanling was definetly blessed by the goddess of fortune herself for past karma that now they had two of the people whose intellect and strength was enough to shake the entire world. Deadly combination of dangerous couple with ability to raise hell in earth.

While the three head were in these thoughts the couple had started to act chummy. Specially Pei Jin who just can't seem to put his hands off her. He would either caress her hand or shoulder anytime he would make sure to keep touching her as if assuring her presence.

Yusheng already used to his behaviour had begun to think it was natural to do so unknown to the forced dog food others had to eat.

After their discussion and long rest the party once again started their journey to the place where a grand show was about to be seen by the entire world. It would be a lie to say that they weren't curious and excited to see what the couples had prepared for their long time nemesis.
