While she fainted there were many changes happening inside her body. The currents passing through have widened the meridians openings.

Her bones had a faint pale blue color. Every muscle, nerves and bones were refined and strengthened.

Her organs seemed to be functioning more actively. But most important of all there was a light blue Qi in between her iner Qi and energy inside her dantian.

Though small but the power it radiated was much stronger, as it was able to create a space for itself, while kicking the other two aside.

Because of all the shifting and being zapped the oval shaped Qi and energy was now perfect round like pearl.

Because of the current circulating and refining by itself the bleeding stopped. The point from where the tribulation entered was a bit chard.

But slowly the area was being healed at fast rate, though unfortunate a width of a pinky finger of her hair was burnt.

After an hour after Yusheng woke up, she immediately looked at her surroundings and at the sky. Seeing that it was clear and normal she knew that it was over.

She immediately checked her condition through mental consciousness and found the suprising changes. She was eager to lear about the new Qi but the smell of her blood and drenched

body she decided to have a bath first.

She opened her back pack and took the training clothes and went towards the mouth of waterfall.

She quickly took of her clothes and jumped inside the water fortunately she seemed to have found place where the depth was not much and also had a big rock to lean on and shelter her from being seen.

Though the water was cold, but she felt refreshed, she quickly rubbed off all the blood from her body then put on her clothes to not catch a cold.

She washed the blood dyed clothes and spread it on another big rock where she cultivated earlier.

She quickly sat on lotus position and began to circulate her iner Qi and energy very fast, which helped her to dry of her body.

As she stopped with the circulation she then decided to check upon the new Qi which is also called heavenly essence.

Because she had been passed down essence from her ancestor this tribulation helped and attracted all the hidden and stucked essence and with new one thus creating what she had now.

After circulating the Qi she released it at her tip of the finger and one could see with naked eye small current sparks.

Yusheng was very happy with the progress thus with gusto she ate all the snacks and water prepared by zhu mama.

After the little break she once again pepared herself to continue the training, she decided to climb the side of the waterfall.

As she began to walk she felt the weight of the binders were very light. As if having nothing on her limbs.

She was more happy as she knew her strength has upped. With the same process like before she climbed, jumped ran around.

She found that now while climbing she didn't need to release Qi like before, jumping down she no longer made big pit like before, running around was more smoother.

Thus she decides in her heart after returning she will increase the weight of her binders. While she was training ying yang art she was again suprised.

Now when she pulled the energy it was like her body was a magnet, pulling the energy quicker and more similarly while pushing the collected energy slowly she could feel as if small breeze had passed by.

Another hour of training and with pleasant discoveries, she packed her bag and returned back.

After returning first she entered the weapon room and took of her current weights and tried on the weight of 5 kg but it still was light.

Finally after trying another number she reached at 20 kg only then she felt the weight was right.

Happily with a light bounce in her steps, she returned back to her courtyard with 25kg of binders in each limbs.
