District 4 comprises three towns: Willow Town, where Iris and Xavier live; Cedar Town, which is smaller than Willow Town; and Redwood Town, the largest city in the district.
Iris's target resides in Redwood Town. They need a two-hour flight from Willow Town to fly there. However, Iris and Justin didn't need to use a plane or a car; they could Teleport from Willow Town.
Even though they didn't arrive immediately and had to stop at several places, they only needed 10 minutes to reach their destination.
Upon reaching the mainland, they headed directly to Redwood Town.
Justin had already prepared their car at one of Xavier's properties in Redwood Town.
When they arrived, the sun was high in the sky, and few people were walking along the road. The streets weren't bustling either; only a few cars passed them despite being on the main road in the heart of Redwood Town.
