Pathetic and Vulnerable.

It was very late in the morning when Yo-han returned to his workplace, he was really exhausted as a result of the long trip and he slept in. He would have definitely woke up with an angry face if the trip wasn't fruitful at all. Even if it was so, the love message that woke him this morning would surely have done the trick of calming him down.

He wore a big smile, something the workers of Min Corporation had never seen on his face before. You know, they have all been living in fear since the incident the other time and he had also been a very strict boss since then.

He sat in his office with no disturbance whatsoever, reminiscing the words of the message he received when he woke up. "Rise and Shine, Master Han, don't overwork yourself today, think of me instead. Love you." He mouthed her words again and he realized that her spell is actually working on him, he is truly thinking about her.

He shook off the thoughts and resumed his work. When he thought he could finally concentrate on his work, Na-Gil barged into the office with his phone in his hands, trembling as if something shocking happened.

"Boss, boss, see this." He rushed over to Yo-Han's desk and handed over his phone.

"What?, Why are you fidgeting," Yo-han took the phone and played the recorded call.

"At first, Ms Joe contacted me and spoke to me about how much they will like me to work with them, I thought it was a joke until she asked me out for coffee, later she asked me out to dinner, I guess I knew she wanted to talk about poaching me but I decided to go. I still convinced myself that I had a nice outing and I was dreaming that she probably has some feelings towards me. Now, I don't think I can say that, she called again now and the way she spoke to me was as if I already agreed to spy on you. The worst part is that CEO Kim also thinks the same way, he spoke to me and asked me to come over to his office during my lunch break. I don't know what to do." Yo-han remained calm and allowed Na-Gil to babble before he played the recording.

Just as Na-Gil said, Ms Joe and CEO Kim seem to be congratulating and welcoming Na-gil to their side. If Yo-han didn't know better, he would think that Na-Gil truly agreed to work with them. Yo-han thought for a minute time span. He turned to Na-Gil and asked. " By any chance did you go and have a drink when you went out with her, you must have promised while you were drunk?, You know, you curse me whenever you are drunk."

"Do I?..., Uhm..., I never had alcohol whenever we went out." Na-Gil replied.

"Then she must think you are accepting her invitations because you want to work with them, let me ask, does she make jokes about you working with them, what do you say to reply?."

"I just joked back then that I...oh my God, I always say, I had love to. But I treated it as a joke." He stopped fidgeting and became very serious, he felt so dumb that he wanted to slap himself for his behaviors.

"Na-Gil, I guess I told you that there will be attempts to poach you, why did you let this happen?, Umph, I know I don't have control on your private life but are you so pathetic that you turned a business meeting to a casual date. How will you think she was joking about that? Why don't you get yourself a girlfriend and stop being so vulnerable." Yo-han scolded angrily.

"Yes I know, I know but what do I do now, I will not be poached, and I will not betray you, forgive my mistake."

As if Yo-han was not angry earlier, his dark expression was more like a cold smirk now and his furiousness is lost like heat in winter. "It's good though, Just act along with them, you have to make them trust you so I will tell you things to reveal to them whenever the time is right, You can move to KimJin for the main time, that way you will be able to keep a close eye on our men over their. Don't forget, we are starting off with making then lose out hundreds of millions of dollars before taking down the totality of KimJin." Yo-han explained and this comforted Na-Gil a huge deal, he sighed heavily and nodded at Yo-Han's agenda. He stood from his seat and left the office.

Throughout his journey back to his office as the Chief Operating officer, He had one thought lingering in his mind. It was about what Yo-han said while scolding him, "...Why don't you get yourself a girlfriend and stop being so vulnerable." He crashed to his seat and turned the swivel chair towards the direction of the window, where he could see what was happening on the busy street.

He suddenly stood back up and walked to the window, took off his suit and loosen his tie. He looked at the tiny individuals who are moving to and fro from his office on the second to the last floor of the tall skyscraper. Though he could not even differentiate there gender, he would fix his eye on one of them until the tiny figure was out of sight, then he will pick another.

He did that for about one hour, he just stared at them, thinking perhaps one of them might be the woman that will replace his five years crush. The Crush that never even thought he existed, well it wasn't completely her fault but he never had the courage to express how he felt. How would he if she was always tagging along with Yo-han all the time, getting ridiculed by Yo-Han's rejection every now and then, yet still adamant and hell bent on having what she can't have.

Thank goodness that Dan-bi appeared soon, if not she will still be following Yo-han all around like a tail. It was because of the pain he constantly felt whenever he sees her going after Yo-han that made him play Cupid and try to bring Dan-bi and Yo-han together.

Too bad that Yo-han could not even read that he held any feelings for Guk Yeo-Na and he wouldn't want Yo-han to know, Na-Gil just did not find it easy to mention it to Yo-han. Being called pathetic and vulnerable was an evidence that Yo-han still didn't know and that was why Yo-han didn't understand why he was desperate for a relationship. It was because he wanted to forget about Yeo-Na, she was just too obsessed with Yo-han and nothing will change if he confessed his feelings to her, if she was ready to kidnap Dan-bi because she wants Yo-han so much without caring about her image, then what will change if he confesses?. The only thing that will change is that he would make a fool of himself in front of a lady for the first time.

To forget about Yeo-Na completely, he went out with Ms Joe and he was desperate that within two days, he already thought that they were having a casual relationship rather than just a Poacher and Stake meeting.

Thinking about it, love had made him totally insane that he was already like Yeo-Na who fell with a guy and started dating him only after two days that they met. He also met Ms Joe about four or five days ago at the gala and after meeting her like twice, he already made himself comfortable with her even after knowing what her ambition is.

"Stupid love,..." He yelled at no one in particular, he sighed and kept looking at the passersby on the street. " Yo-han you are just lucky to find love, don't blame me for not finding one yet. I wish there is a drug that can dilute love. I will definitely spend all my fortune on it... I just have to forget about her and probably never love any other person if I don't want trouble for myself." He sighed again for the last time and finally went back to work.
