"What's is the 'something' your searching for, who knows maybe I can help" I said

"H-huh?" The guy I was talking to seemed to have forgotten what they were after due to the tense atmosphere.

"We were searching for the goblins that escaped from a nearby dungeon break last week" a woman next to the guy I was talking to said

"I saw some goblins a week ago that way" I said pointing in the direction of the village I ran into last week.

"We know that already we passed by it,

They also told us about you guys"the woman said then she bowed.

which surprised not only me but also her team members.

"Thank you for saving them in our stead"

She said while bowing

"It's not a big deal I just happened to pass by" i said as I put the pin back into the granade and lowered my hand gun.

I wasn't careless, I'm only showing them an opening because my clones were hiding in the forest and buildings in the village.

Ready to turn them into a hornets nest the moment they showed any signs of hostility.

"My name's lor what about you" said the woman

"..." I was silent for a few seconds thinking about my name.

I can't remember my name from my past life and I can't use [author] as a name either, it's more of a title to me.

"I-if you don't want to say it, it's fin-"

"Arthur" I cut her off

"H-huh?" She said dumbly

" my name's Arthur"

"Well get going now then" the woman named lor said

"Alright, come again"I sad not because I like their company,

But because I traded with them, the skin and meat that we got from the monster we hunted in the forest in the past few days.

We also got map from them.

Now I know where we are, apparently we were in the outer perimeter of the forest called monster forest.

They said it was named that because a large dungeon was not cleared in time.

And a dungeon break happened which spawned all the monster inside the dungeon in the forest.

The good thing is the monster instead of going to nearby city, they instead stayed inside the forest.

Making it their territory while also attacking any hunter that try to go inside the inner area.

The hunter association sent a large party of middle, and some high level hunter to search the couse of the monsters staying in the area.

But due to the high level of monsters and the sheer numbers of them, they suffered heavy casualties.

And had to retreat, after a few months after the retreat, a larger and more powerful hunters were sent by the hunter association.

After an intense battle they manage to get to the center, only to face a boss monster far stronger than they can handle.

After countless casualties, that manage to escape the forest.

And the hunter association that suffered, gave up on exploring the monster forest.

But the outer region of the monster forest were not govern by the government for fear of angering the monster inside.

And after a while some peaple started living there and made villages.

That's also why it took a week for hunters to arrive at the area.

Because the government doesn't own it, they paid little to no attention to this area, and only posted a quest with a small reward.

After seeing their group of I started to arrange the items we manage to trade from them.

Mostly extra equipment like flask,mathes ,lighter, sleeping bag,tent and money.

They didn't carry much with them as it was just supposed to be a goblin extermination mission.

The interesting thing I found was they carry a ring, specifically a space ring.

They carry their things there although it only have a small space inside, it's more than enough for them for a short amount of time.

'now then let's... I don't know what to do' I thought to myself as I looked at the village I made.

'now that I have a village let's make a town' I thought as I ordered my clones to build a larger wall

---6 days later---

It's been six days and now I have 26 clones in total, thanks to me creating two clones per day it sped up the process of building a town.

There were also some stray animal coming here from time to time, ranging from curious curious small animals like squirrels and rabbits to predators like wolves and bears

But none of the predators attacked, it's probably because of our numbers and the fact that we were on top of the wall.

Or of the fact that we will immediately go inside the wall that was still being constructed whenever we saw a predator.

'nicely done' I transmitted my thoughts to my clones and they all nodded approvingly.

Now I'm looking at a wall but unlike the previous wall this one is made of stone, and we also flattened a dirt road leading outside.

And of course we also made a large wooden gate.

"BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!"

"!?"

Just as I was thinking to myself a loud booming sound sounded.

'wait a minute, that sound like it's coming from Elora'

As soon as realization struck me I emedietly ran inside Elora, while running I accessed what was happening through the eye of my clones.

Through their aye I managed to see a dark purple crack in space sucking anything that came too close.

Two of my clones also got sucked in, one when it just appeared and another that approached it to take a closer look.

Through their eyes I can see that beyond the space crack is a completely different environment.

That space looked like a battlefield with weapons and bodies strewn across the land and blood flowing like a lake.

The land my clone were standing were like mud. The bodies littering the ground looked like  lizards.

"Where the fuck is this"
