Chapter 59: The Battle For Lagara Part 5

BOOM!

Eiham's giant avatar smashed its giant hands down, causing shockwaves to travel through the floor.

Lars and friends jumed over the attack, and tried to close in on him.

B coming down on Eiham from above covered hier fist in stone and collapsed on him from above.

"ROCKFIST!" B cried.

"Hmmm?" Eiham said looking above him.

Crack!

B's attack made a tiny crack in his Avatars armor. As he reached up he ordered his avatar to push her off his shoulder.

WHAM!

B flew into the wall leaving a huge creator behind.

"You Bastard!" Reggie cried. Arming himself with a giant hammer he made a go for the head of Eihams Avatar.

"No good!" Eiham said.

SWOOOSH!

Swiping at Eihams Avatar with all his might, Reggie whats as the huuge being dissapeared from sight, avoiding his swing.

"What the!"

For a moment he was in midair with nothing around him, as Eiham layed unprotected below.

"Staff OF ATEN!" Eiham cried.

BOOOM!

A giant staff the size of the avatar erupted from his hands catapulting Reggie into the ceiling. With a snap of his fingers, Eiham caused the avatar to return, now holding a staff.

"My turn!" Lance yelled channeling a vortex of wind. "Just try and dodge this!"

Lance let out a burst of wind flowing through the entire hall.

"Wind Shredder!"

Eiham raised his right hand placing the stafff in the left of his avatar.

"Sheild of Aten!" He cried.

A golden shroud appeared around his right hand formin ginto a wall, completely nullifying Lance's attack.

"Axel!" LAnce screamed "What are you doing just standing there!"

"I... only have enough ether for one attack..." Lars answered. "I want to make sure it isn't wasted."

"All is wasted before me" Eiham boomed. "You should have never made it this far, how a group of children defeated my men is beyond me, but nevertheless, you will be dealt with.

As Reggie and B came back into position around Axel, they tried to formulate a plan.

"That avatar thing is basically invincible" Reggie said

"Even if we can take it out... he can just make it reappear, we have to get to him first." LAnce said.

"And how do we do that? That thing basically covers his whole body!"

"I wonder...." Lars said. "That thing has a staff just like he has a staff, that thing has a shield just like he has a sheild... look even his armor has a dent in it!" Lars exclaimed.

"What are you... implying?" Reggie asked.

"I see" Lance said. "That avatar isn't just covering his body... it is his body!"

Back on the battlefield, Obrian was holding off Sheriff and Asap at the same time.

A blast of blue light followed by purple lightning and the sound of thunder, echoed throught the battlefield. It was like watching a neon light show in the middle of a thunderstorm.

"It seems, lightning is the winner today." Obrian said, once again avoiding Shine's light based rifle attacks.

"Well it's like I always say a light shine's brightest..."

Witdrawing from his sleeves, a dozen mini robots poked out from either side of his jetpack. As they aimed their lasers at Obrian, they began to glow with a blue humm.

"When it's about to blow someones face of"

PEW PEW PEW PEW!

Obrian narrowly dodged the tiny beams as he flew through the sky.

"GO!" Shine cried.

THe tiny robots flew from his arms into the sky, each acting as their own mini aircraft tracking and shooting at Obrian.

Obrian nosedived downward, spinning as he dodged the light beams from shine.

"A large attack will take them all out at once" Obrian said, "But that's what your waiting for... isn't it Shereif!"

"Obrian spun around Catching Sherief in the middle of his attack.

"It's too late! From this range, even you cannot escape! Desert storm!"

A hoard of Scarabs burst from his fingertips wrapping around Obrian.

"what's this?" Obriian said as he tried to zap them. "THey are eating my ether strands, incredible specimen."

With drawing a small pen from his pocket, Obrian hit a scarab with a blue lazer, freezing it in place. In an instant h bagged it and placed it in his pocket.

"It'll take more than that to defeat me Shereif" Obrian said.

"Oh... we know" Shine said falling through the air. He had turned his jetback back into the huge laser he had used on the human carriers.

"You wouldn't dare! Your people and other agents are on the ground!" Obrian screamed.

"I guess you've got some heroing to do, save them" He said aiming the rifle at Obrian. "Or save yourself"

"YOU INSOLENT LITTLE"

"COBALT OVERDRIVE!" Shine yelled

As his blue lazer flashed, agents all over the battlefield braced for cover. THey watched as the entire battlefield became encased in blue light, blinding everyone within it.

"SHINE YOU SOB! I'M STILL DOWN HERE!" Vincent cried

"VERONICA GET BEHIDN ME!" Vik cried.

"TAKE US INTO HIGHER ALTITUDE IMMEDIATLY!" Byron yelled.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

A giant blue laser cut through the atmosphere encasing a five mile radius in radient blue light As Obrian began to fade out from his sight, from the corner of his eye, Shine saw something he couldn't beleive.

"That mother father.... he's smiling... what the?"

Before he could react Obrian appeared behind him.

"Im...possible!"

"Ethereal Barier" Obrian shouted. "Thunder Gate!"
