They cover a good portion of information within their peer organizations and the organizations that are lower than them.
And on top of it all, except for the leading members who were chosen from the different branches of the organization, the rest of them will have a cult-like mentality.
Except for the leadership candidates and the subordinates that the candidates themselves handpicked the rest of the members of the organization would be completely loyal to the organization and wouldn't interfere in the race.
After the race for the successor is over, they would have to follow the new leader no matter what.
