The Moon, the Light and The Darkness

"We're almost there, sir." Tao announced their possible uneventful arrival at 'Moon Clan Kingdom'.

"That's good. Let's not go too near to their base. Land the plane here and we'll go on foot for remaining distance. As Shinni explained the about the perimeter, this should be safe" Frankestein's voice got deep and serious.

"Yes sir. Get ready for landing you all. I am taking her down."

"So Shinni, I was wondering, is it true that, the flowers in your kingdom glow in the moonlight and the birds sing a song?" Tao couldn't resist his curiosity about the rumours he heard about the place and questioned Shinni about it.

"Not exactly. The birds, they don't actually sing a song. The flowers which bloom on full moon which shine, at exact angle reflecting moon's light, called 'Nissa', and have the sweetest honey, and these birds love them. So they call their friends to enjoy the party and it sounds like they're singing. That's it." Shinni explained.

"Oh! So flowers do shine on full moon.  It should be spectacular to see such a view." Tao seemed quite excited about the place.

"Yes, it used to be spectacular. But now, it's red, everything is red, covered in blood of their own men." Shinni's voice broke, her eyes got wet as she felt helpless.

"Let's teach those ba***** a lesson lifetime." words spit out of M-21's mouth as he stood up with his fists tightened and he was ready to kill every enemy.

"We'll attack as we planned." Frankestein started revising the plan.

"Tao, Takio and M-21 will go from South. Shinni and Neil will accompany you. Once you reach the south gate, wait there for us. Me and master will go around west side, analyze the situation and will meet you there. In case of emergency, fire the red light."

Everyone nodded and stepped down the plane.

Tao, Takio, M-21, Shinni and Neil team headed towards south gate on foot. Frankestein and Raizel jumped  high in the sky, flying and looking down at the kingdom.



The moon was shining bright, breaking the darkness, absorbing every particle of night, making sky look spectacular. But the kingdom was filled dark aura, making it feel almost suffocating for normal human being. But few extraordinary beings were traveling towards the darkness, to bring the light back.
