After giving her side of the story again and going through some formalities, Wei Ying went back to her house with swirling thoughts.

Whoever sent the man had been cautious so she couldn't get much out of him despite the man's description of the person who hired him.

Wei Ying sat down and looked blankly at the TV. She has an idea of who it might be, but after all, what she has was only a suspicion.

As Wei Ying thought deeply, her phone rang. Seeing the name of the caller, her lips twitched.

"Miss Gu," Wei Ying mildly called, with a smile on her face.

"Miss Shi, are you alright?" Gu Shenyi's voice was trembling as she asked.

"I'm fine," Wei Ying touched the smile on her lips with fair fingers, "Why are you calling me this late, Miss Gu?"

"It's good that you're fine," Gu Shenyi breathed a sigh of relief, "I was planning to give Yu Huateng a cup of milk when I heard him talk to someone on the phone and arrange for you to get kidnapped. I got flustered and called you quickly. Miss Shi, are you really alright?"

A thief calling a thief, Wei Ying sneered.

Gu Shenyi has really prepared her scheme well. She somehow got to know her address and passed the said address to Yu Huateng.

Gu Shenyi was sure she wouldn't get together with Yu Huateng and that's why she could predict that they would end up on bad terms.

Gu Shenyi hung up after Wei Ying answered. With red eyes, Gu Shenyi bit her lip.

Why? Why was Shi Yuxi so lucky? Why was that man so useless? Didn't Brother Jinping say he was experienced at this kind of work?

Gu Shenyi had a wounded look as she looked at Yu Huateng's twisted expression, "Big Brother Yu, why did you push me away? Why do you always hurt me so when I'm only trying to help."

Yu Huateng ran a hand through his hair and sneered, "Help? How can you help me? By spreading your legs to me?"

Gu Shenyi paled and took a few steps back, "How could you?"

"I definitely can," Yu Huateng scoffed, "Gu Shenyi, don't test my patience. I said I'm not in the mood so quit trying to force me."

Gu Shenyi looked at Yu Huateng blankly before quickly walking to Yu Huateng and taking his hands, "Big Brother Yu, tell me the truth, did you find someone else that's why you don't want to touch me these days? Which vixen seduced you?"

Yu Huateng was annoyed beyond compare. That's why Gu Shenyi could never be the Yu Family's mistress. She had no class and didn't know how to read the situation.

"Scram out of my face," Yu Huateng held Gu Shenyi by her upper arm and threw her out the door.

"So I was right. You really betrayed me," Gu Shenyi had tears in her eyes as she steadied herself on her feet.

Tian Xue who was passing by stopped and was about to turn away. From her experience, she knew that no good came from watching these two fights.

"You," Yu Huateng called.

Tian Xue turned and pointed at herself with her index finger.

"Yes, you," Yu Huateng confirmed, "Come here."

Tian Xue regretted passing by. With an apprehensive face, she walked to Yu Huateng's side, "Young master, what can I do for you?"

"Come in," Yu Huateng opened the door and mentioned for Tian Xue to go in with his chin.

Tian Xue dawdled in front of the door till Yu Huqteng got impatient before going in with an apprehensive heart.

"Young master," Tian Xue bowed.

"Moan," Yu Huateng ordered as he sat on his bed.

"W-what?" Tian Xue was stumped for words.

Yu Huateng frowned and repeated impatiently, "I told you to moan. Loudly. Go near the door."

Tian Xue paused for two seconds before opening her mouth and letting out a long drawn moan "Aah~~ Mnh~~ N-no, y-ah- young master stop, don't."

Yu Huateng nodded in satisfaction. He should show Gu Shenyi her place. She should stop being so demanding and controlling. She was, after all, but a lover that couldn't be put on stage.

Gu Shenyi outside the door looked down and stood listening to the pleasurable moans and groans.

"I promise you I will make her your maid. She will serve you and you can order her around the mansion we will live in however you like." Brother Jinping soothed Gu Shenyi, "My love, don't worry about her. She would have her due coming soon."

This man, she was so glad she met him.
