Prologue

Coincidences. Our life. Our existence. Who we are, and who we have around us are basic examples of coincidences. The birth of a person depends on the events before this, such as the fact that their parents have met, and therefore, make it possible for that little human being to live in a world like this. It is like when a domino tile falls on another tile, and this, in turn, falls on another tile. Then we would have all the tiles collapse and in the end, no tile would remain standing. It is in this way that everything we do, or what we don't do, has an effect, and thus, everything that other people do has an effect on us.

If you asked Dr. Choi, she would answer that her life has been a complete circus of coincidences, but in the end, she got what she wanted: she got the return of the person she loved the most. The doctor has been deceased for many years, but unlike her, her story has never perished. There are no words to describe the pain Choi felt when the most precious thing in her life was taken from her, but it was this pain, this suffering that led her to create three more creatures.
