The ringing sound of the telephone greeted General Cabusao as the Vice President of the Philippines called him.
"We've been seeing a lot of inmates recovering this month. Our goal is to reduce criminals in the cells, not to heal them. Create a disease that's difficult to treat and deadly," the Vice President Ethanal said angrily.
General Cabusao: Understood, sir. I'll assemble a team to work on the plan, and we'll proceed with extreme caution.
VP Eltanal: Please assure that more prisoner will die this time. The cells are too overcrowded for the new arrivals. Make sure to inflict diseases on those serving long sentences, inmates ,( with angrily voice)
General Cabusao: You can count on me, sir. We'll do everything in our power to address this issue.
There are too many corrupt individuals in the Philippines, which is why there are also many engaging in shady activities covertly. One of them is Vice President Eltanal. His only son died after being shot by an unknown assailant, which is why he loathes those who take lives and his intense anger towards all criminals and killers to the core of his bones.
I trust in your capabilities, General. Keep me updated on the progress.
As always, the work should be clean and polished, Vice President said.
After the conversation between Vice President Eltanal and General.
General Cabusao immediately convened the secret doctors they recruited from different countries.
"We will create a deadly disease, something hard to treat and with a more significant impact," he said to the doctors and scientists inside the laboratory.
All doctors inside wear masks, except for the prisoners they are testing for the experimental virus.
They had several trials and errors, and a few inmates died in the process of creating the virus. That's why Dr. Sigh was extremely furious.
Son of a b****!!! not even within 24 hours, the target is to reach one month of bodily sickness for the prisoner, and he will even pass it on to other inmates before he dies," said Dr. Sigh to his fellow scientists.
The doctor-scientists studied more and created a new virus again, and this time the prisoner they injected with the deadly and contagious virus did not die.
Krrrrgggggg!!! The wailing of one of the tested inmates inside the laboratory filled the air.
Some laughed while observing the inmate's body covered with chickenpox, red eyes, and drooling mouth. The inmate seemed to be going wild, as if wanting to attack them.
The virus is highly contagious through saliva. Anyone who comes into contact with the infected individual's saliva is at risk of contracting the disease. Dr Sigh explained it to General Cabusao while conducting about the news and result of there ongoing work.
When can we deport these tested inmates from their respective cells to further spread the viruses?" General Cabusao asked.
"As soon as possible, sir. We still have some tests to conduct before we can release them," Dr. Kliffton, Dr. Sigh's colleague, replied.
