Man looking for problems!

When Dean left the restaurant, he came across a guy looking like a gangster in front of the store.

"How can I help?" Dean asked respectfully as he didn't know what his intention was. But the man saw this as a sign of fear.

"Listen here, idiot, I'm from the Poisonous Prey Gang, and you're in our area, so I'm here to collect the protection fee." The man spoke arrogantly.

The Poisonous Prey Gang was the largest criminal group in the city. They charged protection fees from several stores without a powerful backer, not to mention, they performed several other illegal practices that made good money.

The authorities did nothing because the gang was related to powerful people, not to mention that even if it was destroyed, several others would appear to take the place. That's why they only suppressed the gang so that they didn't cross the line.
