Chapter 69 : All Good Things Must Come to an End
*Trinity's POV*
After a full morning of spoiling and pampering by my parents, Michael and I were both full and content and ready to go home. They tried to convince me to stay, but I wanted to get to the house and get it ready for Matthew to come home.
I couldn't wait to see him again, and I was starting to get antsy.
My mom drove the Jeep to her house last night since it had the car seat in it for Michael, so it was easy enough for us to say our goodbyes, give hugs and kisses and be out the door.
I thought about stopping by the hospital right away, but I thought it might be a better idea to go home and shower first. That way I would be ready whenever he called for me to pick him up.
We got home and I pulled Michael out and into the house. He got to sit in the tub with me as I showered and his giggles at the water did an effective job of cheering me up even more so. The only thing that could make it better would be to have Matthew there as well.
