The Weak Guy With A Strong Sword
I am now the possessor of the strongest sword in existence, the Fuda Sword. I don't need to keep striving to fulfill the promise I made to my mother. I already have. I am now the last and strongest samurai in the world.
I'm going to rid the world of devils and remake the Fuda Clan. That's my goal. Now, just having a simple sword, and having these dreams may seem like a huge step, but this sword- this katana, has something that makes me know that I am incredibly powerful.
An ear-piercing shriek then greeted me. Approximately five yards from where I stood, a devil with scarlet red eyes was running towards me. With the Fuda training devil recognition courses, I was quick to conclude that the devil was a senior devil, one of the strongest types of devils. Fear was overtaking my body when the devil was about one yard away from me. It raised its hand, revealing five sharp claws. Without my own consent, my right arm swung by itself hitting the devil with incredible expertise. The devil then tried to flee and my body lunged at it, slicing it to pieces.
The katana glowed a faint blue, and the light faded. So that was what the power of the Fuda Sword felt like. It didn't just give you the ability to fight, it fought for you. Another wave of devils came rushing at me. Their eyes were bright green. Commander Devils, a powerful devil just weaker than seniors. I raised my sword and swung at the devils which cut them like butter. Huh. It seems that if I had a certain amount of malice channeled up, I could swing the sword without it swinging itself. Of course fear, also makes it swing by itself no matter the malice. My left hand reached to analyze the blade, and it started glowing. The word 𝘈𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘺𝘻𝘦 was written next to it and I willed myself to touch it. A parchment hovered over my head and I caught it. It read. "ああ...あなたは選ばれた人に違いありません. 札刀を振るうに相応しい者. 思い出せばよわいやつ. とにかく,この剣は人間の想像を超えた力を持っていますが,その力を使いすぎると役に立たなくなります. 剣が赤く光ったら,すぐに剣を鞘に収めて充電してください.そうしないと機能しません.(𝘈𝘩... 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘯 𝘰𝘯𝘦. Interesting. It seems the Fuda Sword has a power limit and the sheath recharges it. I then put the sword into the sheath. It glowed a faint blue then went to white as the light faded. So, a white or no glow means that the sword has all its power, a faint blue means it used a bit of its energy, and some other colors I'm not aware of to signal its power (besides red). Now, before I can start my genocide on the devils, I must visit the other clans. I must conquer them.
