Pups

The huge feeling of new students entering slapped me in my face like my mom when I steal a cookie. I looked at Hope and she had a huge smile on her face. 'At least that makes one of us' I thought as students old and new could be seen walking about. At least it's not as crowded as I thought it would be. I picked up my suitcases and Hope puffed out her chest and tried to lift hers. I watched her while containing my laughter as she struggled to even move it. "Don't mock me, help me!!" she demanded as one of her suitcases fell over. I shaked my head and placed my suitcases down. I walk over to her suitcases and pulled out the handles. I was about to laugh when a chill ran up my spine. Beside me was a Hope with dark green eyes and killer aura. "Go on, mock me, I dare you" she said with a sickening smile. I gulped and gave her the suitcase and took up back mine. "Ready?" she asked as we took a deep breath.

"No" I responded bluntly. It was true, I was so not ready to go to this hell of a school and my heart was beating rapidly in my chest. "Yea, me neither" Hope breathed out as we mustered up enough courage to walk into this academy. First of all, it was quite foolish of me to think that the students would be respectful enough to at least allow Hope and I to pass through. Instead students kept bouncing on to us as we try to maneuver our selves through this sea of excitement and testosterone. I had to hold on to Hope's hand the entire time so that she didn't lose herself to the hallway. We finally arrived at what looks like the principal office and we breathed out in relief. "Thank god we made it, that was so intense" she panted.

"Yea, next time I'm throwing whoever touches me in a locker" I say seriously. Hope laughed and I couldn't help but to smile as well. I then knocked on the door three times and no reply. I waited before knocking again three times. I heard some kind of movement but couldn't place my finger on it. Hope saw me trying to hear and she smiled. "Don't worry, I got this" she said as she leaned her ear against the door. I raised an eyebrow at this, if I can't hear what's going on inside, how is she going to hear any better. She scrunched up her nose and moved away from the door, "Okay, I hear moaning and grunting and the place stinks of sweat something else that I don't want to know" she said as she shivers in distaste. Un-freaking-believable, I the banged on the door which got me a few stares by the students. Okay I just about have had enough of this, I placed my bag down and looked at Hope. "Wait here" I said as I held on to the door handle, without anyone seeing I twisted it until I was stopped by the lock, I then twisted it again sharply and was satisfied when I heard the lock break, I quickly went in and closed the door behind me. I turned and almost gagged at what was in front of me. There was a man, looked to be in his early 30's although I'm sure he was much older, sitting on his chair shirtless with a woman on top of him, only in her bra. When they saw me, the woman quickly got off the man and went to cover herself, too late lady, way to late. "Oh um, who are you and why are you in my office?" he asked while buttoning his shirt, I almost grinned at how funny he looked so I decided to mess with him a little. "Who are you and why are you doing to nasty with this woman in this office?" I asked back. The woman blushed and the man as well. "Look, what do you want kid?" he asked while sitting in his chair. I calmly walked out of the office and asked Hope to give me her papers. I made sure she didn't see what was happening and closed the door, although she could just walk in cause I just broke the lock but it's nice to know that she respects my wishes. I gave the papers to the man and asked him to register us for school. He looked at the papers and then looked back at us. "I don't sign papers, the secretary does" he said annoyingly. I smiled and slid the papers towards him, "I'm sure you can make an acception for us, I mean you wouldn't want to your wife to know about this little mishap, would you?" I asked him. Fear was shown in the man's eyes as he quickly grabbed a pen and started writing. Wow, honestly I didn't know he was married, that was a complete gamble and I'm glad it worked because then I would have made a fool out of myself. He was looking over the papers until his eyes reached my name. "C-Casero?" He asked in shock and fear. I cringed and groaned, my family isn't exactly the most favorite family around these parts, and the world come to think of it. My mom and dad both have anger issues and that intensified when it came to their children, and my brothers haven't exactly been the best students. I nodded im-patiently as he signed both the papers and stapled our class schedule on it. I looked it over and nodded in satisfaction as Hope and I had almost the same classes. "Thank you mister?????" I paused, waiting for his name. "Beckons" he answered as I nodded and walked out. "Welcome to the school, pup" he forced out. I saw Hope tapping her feet and I gave her the papers, she looked at me and raised an eyebrow. "Azrael, you know one of my powers is heightened senses right? as in enhanced hearing, as in I heard everything that ya'll said in there"
