Jin spent several minutes pondering on how he could make a cursed corpse. The first step was simple.
He just had to remake her body.
With one palm on her forehead, Jin used his cursed technique reversal on her, causing the previously eviscerated lower half of her body to regenerate itself.
After several seconds, her body had been completely regenerated and reinforced, but of course, still dead. Jin still had to figure out how he would fix that problem.
Having a background in Sith Sorcery, there were only a few ways that he could accomplish this feat, and from his understanding of cursed corpses from Inumaki's memories, only one way that had a good chance of working.
"Well, there's nothing to lose by trying."
Jin started making multiple hand signs as his cursed energy flared up and flowed into the woman, encasing her entire body.
Using his cursed technique reversal, he manipulated his own body, causing two extra arms to pop out of his sides which started spreading the cursed energy evenly over her body.
'First things first, she's lacking a soul.'
With his cursed technique reversal doing most of the heavy lifting, Jin scanned her body with his cursed energy and replicated all of her physical information down to the finest detail.
With that done, he got to the most grueling part of his plan.
"Whew..."
After taking a deep breath, Jin split of about a quarter of his soul and implanted her physical information into it, basically turning his soul into a core of sorts.
With that done, Jin implanted the soul into her, causing it to jolt and wiltbfrom the overabundance of power forcing its way through her.
"Tch!"
Jin sped up the rate at which he performed his hand signs, using his CT to rebuild and reinforce her body. Every time his soul destroyed it, he rebuilt it, many times stronger than before.
Of course, this took a heavy toll on him. Even though he had an extreme amount of cursed energy, it was depleted at a rate so fast that it was incomprehensible.
If he kept this up for a few more minutes, he would be completely out of cursed energy.
But there was no way he would give up now.
"Now that she has a soul core, I should let it stabilize within her. If the memories I got about that cursed corpse from Inumaki are true, then that part of my soul should be more than powerful enough to substitute for three soul cores."
Now that the most important was done, all Jin had to do was restructure her body, turning it into a weapon that was powerful enough to hold a soul of his caliber.
With only half of his enormous reserves of cursed energy left, Jin channeled it all into her body, rebuilding it from the ground up.
Every tissue, bone, muscle, was reworked and reinforced drastically.
Her brain was rebuilt into a sorcerer's brain.
Her untrained muscles, at their weakest, could match grade 1 spirits in strength with ease. At least, that was Jin's estimation.
After about ten minutes of full effort and the last of his cursed energy being used up, the cursed corpse was complete.
"Hopefully, this works. Tch...if only I could upgrade my own body like this. I wonder how long its going to take for her to wake up."
Exhausted from the ritual, Jin got up and stretched, retracting his extra arms looking back at the woman as he did so.
"I wonder, what is her name?"
Jin walked through the home, trying to find an old letter or something of the like that would contain information about the family. His real objective was just to stall for time until his cursed energy recovered though. Even a tenth of it was enough.
It didn't take too long for him to happen upon a stack of letters on a table within the living room.
"Hm...letter from Satozakura High School for a Junpei Yoshino...Ah. There it is. Nagi Yoshino. That does fit her."
Throwing the letter away, Jin went back to Nagi, only to find that something had changed. He could see purple cursed energy flowing unceasingly through her veins, to her abdomen and then to her brain.
Her body trembled violently as this process repeated itself. As this continued, Jin could feel connection forming between them, something like a tether.
It was like he could feel her presence on a subatomic level, no, a spiritual level.
"Must be because my soul was used in her creation...let's see what happens as time goes on."
This process went on for about an hour longer then it stopped as her body seemed to have stopped moving.
By this time, Jin had recovered a little bit of his cursed energy and as he took notice of time, it was apparent that he needed to find Mahito.
The spirit had been gone for too long.
BOOM!
Throwing Nagi on his shoulder, Jin jumped through the ceiling of the house, instantly locking onto Mahito's cursed energy signature the moment he did.
In fact, it was as if Mahito had left a trail of energy footprints behind for him to follow.
"Heh...how considerate."
With blinding speed, Jin rushed through the city, following the footprints through the streets, down a sewer and eventually...
"Satozakura High School. The same place that was mentioned in that letter. This guy even has a barrier set up already. Heh. I should be able to enter with ease...but if I'm right, Nagi should be..."
Jin jumped through the barrier and reached the school rooftop. On his shoulder laid Nagi, which meant that she had entered safely.
"Bingo. I was right. The barrier registered her as me since we share the same soul and cursed energy signature. With this information, I should be able to set up some interesting barriers. For now-"
BOOM!
An explosion went off in the school, drawing Jin's attention.
Through the smoke, he could see three figures fighting vehemently. One of them was of course, Mahito.
The other two...
"That boy! Yuji Itadori! And that other sorcerer...he seems familiar..."
Jin watched the fight a little bit more until he remembered who it was. When he did, his eyes opened wide with realization.
"I haven't seen him in over a decade! Didn't I say the next time we met, I would kill him? Well, well, well. To think I would find him here. Let's see, if I use the boys memories, this guy's name was...Nanami! Heh. I think it's time i join the fight."
Jin gently laid Nagi on the ground and sprinted towards the battle like a madman, covering the distance in less than a second.
"AGHHH!!"
Just as Yuji was about to land a decisive hit on Mahito, Jin appeared between the two, stopped the punch with his palm and immediately delivered a counterpunch, sending Yuji flying through a wall.
In the same motion, he appeared in front of Nanami, who was just moving towards Mahito.
"Found you."
Nanami swung at Jin with incredible force, causing the latter to laugh manically.
"Ha! You've gotten stronger. But it is not enough. Shatter."
The hand that was holding his weapon suddenly contorted violently as Nanami dropped his weapon, which opened him up to a ruthless kick to the sternum.
Blood and saliva poured out of his mouth as he was sent flying into a wall, his body laying there like a ragdoll.
Jin was in a complete state of happiness as he looked at the two sorcerer's struggling to even stand up.
Mahito had delivered an incredible gift to him.
"Ah...reunited once again. And it feels so, so good."
