A little lesson

Back at Kiara's house

"Sam, go and tell your sister to get ready on time because Will and his family will be here soon". Sam walked to Kiara's room, knocked the door and said to her "Kiara, why are you taking so long, it's not your wedding day yet". "Mum said you should get ready on time because Will and his family will be here soon".

"Stop teasing me, I'll be out soon" Kiara said. She heard the retreating footsteps of her brother and looked at herself in the mirror. Never did she imagine that she will get married this soon. She was happy that her family was happy. "I'm so nervous, this feeling is new to me" Kiara said to herself.

She let out a deep sigh and went out of the room. "Oh thank God you are finally out of your room, come and help me set the table, they will be here any minute". The whole family was getting ready and arranging the whole house. After a while of arranging, they were finally done.

Finally,they heard a knock on the door. "That must be Will and his family" Kiara's mother said. Kiara's father, Mr Lin opened the door for them and welcomed them into his house. They guided them to the dining table and settled down to eat.

Everyone began to eat and discuss about the wedding except for Will and Kiara who kept stealing glances at each other and would only nod to anything that was said to either of them.

Soon, the dinner ended and Will and his family left after saying their goodbyes but before Will left, he gave Kiara a peck on the cheeks before saying goodnight. Due to the action of Will, Kiara's cheeks were red.

"I'm glad it's his family Kiara is getting married into. They are a very good family" Mrs Lin said. "The wedding is going to be held next week at the town church, so we have to start preparations early" Mr Lin said to his family.

The whole family continued their discussion concerning Kiara's wedding. When it was late, they all wished each other good night and retired to bed. While on her bed,Kiara couldn't help but smile at her good fate. After some time,she also dozed off.

At Lucy's house, Lucy kept pacing back and forth in her room still indecisive on what to do. "I'll do it but I have to make sure it doesn't involve killing her". She had finally made her decision on what to do. Lucy wanted to teach Kiara a little lesson by kidnapping her and she will ask her to stay away from Will.

She finally went to bed and had a sinister smile on.
