Haki

Author here. So in the last chapter, there is a weird part of what Luffy did and what are these "Aspects" or whatnot. This chapter is here to tell you what are those aspects and how I'll be using Haki in this Novel. These aspects or levels or just general knowledge of Haki are not yet cemented. They are currently in the prototype as I might change them later on the story.

For Armament Haki, there are 5 aspects.b I got this idea about aspects from D.E. Ji Ning's Dao was the inspiration for this. If A.H. was a broken plate, you can complete parts of it as you master it. There is no order in learning.

Coating - The ability to coat your body or weapon with your will power. With this, you can hit harder and land attacks on those logia DF users. The complete mastery of this is easy. If you can coat your arrows or a gun's bullet with your haki and be able to fire. This is how to show your mastery of it.

Durability - The ability to use your haki and make it durable enough to attack and defend. There is no peak for this as you can improve your A.H. indefinitely.

Amount- Haki is a finite thing. It can run out during the battle if used continuously. The way to know the mastery of this aspect is the shine or the tint of your Haki. It goes like this Blue < Purple < Red < Obsidian.

Control -This is the ability to properly use your Haki and not just let it go wild and harmful. The only person who seems to master this Aspect is Rayleigh. Remember when he hit the elephant with his hands but there was no color in them. That was how you can know that your control is at its peak. Your A.H. can now turn uncolored and invisible to the naked eye.

Range - This is how you can conjure your will outside of the body. The maximum limit of this is just 2 feet but that 2 feet are what can separate the life from death.

Observation Haki has 5 levels. This is something that needs to be mastered in order. Each level's peak is the starting point of the next level. The only exemptions from this are the people born with it or the people that were enlightened during a battle.

6th sense- The ability to predict the way your opponent will attack. The same way that Enel dodged Luffy's attacks with "mantra!"

Aura reading- This is the one that tells you whether the people around you want to murder you or not. You will be able to separate the truths from lies. You can

Search- Like how a bat can use echolocation, You can use your O.H. to turn into basically a bat that can use echolocation.

Other P.O.V.- After reading one's aura you can practice your O.H. to see things from the P.O.V. of the people around you. With it, you now have access to the surface level thoughts

Portent- after mastering the Aura reading and "Other PoV", you will be able to know what your opponent is thinking and planning to do. What if you use Aura Reading and Other PoV to use both of them together and at multiple opponents at once? You will be able to read the surface thoughts of the people around you and with your 6th sense, you will have the capability to see the future even for a few seconds.

Haoshoku Haki has no aspects or levels. What it has are types that you can use.

Lion's Roar- This is the type of H.H. used against other users of H.H. From them, they use a blast of Haki to try and conquer the one that it is going against. I.E. Shanks and Whitebeard clash. Luffy and Katakuri and the likes.

A Sirene's Beckoning-This is hypnotism but more powerful than that. Normally, you overwhelm someone's will and they just faint from it. In this case, though, you still overwhelm your opponents' will but there will be instructions with it. How? This is using H.H. to impose your will onto another. For example. When Luffy ordered Buggy to sleep, Luffy was thinking that "I want to put Buggy into sleep" and impose that will by suddenly overwhelming Buggy's Will with it. That imposed will shall turn into "I want to put myself into sleep" in Buggy's head. (As I said, prototype, it is hard to put it in words.)

Then the basic: The Conqueror's Aura. This Aura is telling people to "Bend or break". Either you "Bend" your knee towards the user, or your will shall be broken. The User's allies or nakamas or friends are people considered to be people who bent their knees toward the User. Once mastered even the will of "Bend or break" shall be imposed on inanimate objects. For Example, Shanks' presence put some pressure on the Moby Dick. That is also the reason why you need to train it after discovering its existence in your body. You might impose the "Bend or Break" will unto your allies.
