"Have you ever heard of Disaster Curses?" I ask Sukuna, as we watch TV together inside his domain "The ones that are super smart, can talk, move around..."

Sometimes I forget these people don't know that Gojo casually learned things like Simple Domain and Domain Amplification even though she never uses it.

I turn to Junpei "If you want to nitpick, there are things like Extension techniques and Maximum Techniques, that Gojo doesn't have."

"Isn't Purple a Maximum Technique?" Mai asks

"She doesn't call it a Maximum Technique then it's not." I say "But I think I saw she used a Maximum variation of Blue..." She used that right?

"It's obviously a factor but it can't be the only one... Till we find the common denominator we can't progress." I say

Nobara seems incensed for me shooting down her "eureka" moment but I ignore her.

"Those dates..." I comment while looking at the files

"What?" Nobara asks trying to look over my shoulder

"Nothing..." I remembered that this whole fiasco falls on my shoulders now.

"We are here." Nita-san guided us through the gate of the school.

It has been a long time since I came here... Since Tsumiki entered into a coma.

"We are gonna see the teacher now." Nita-san comments as we walk together.

As Nobara was ready to continue our banter, I moved fast, putting my forearm in front of her face, stopping the attack that was aiming at her like a volleyball player would save the ball with his wrist.

"What is that?" Junpei asks in shock "Is that the curse?"

"Hmm..." I give a glance around "I would say that the mole-mushroom things are the curse of this bridge because... you know... It appears to be tied here..." I comment, they finally notice the strange things looking at us, their heads poking out of the ground.

"And what is this one then?"

The question is half-answered by the curse itself "I will not let you have it." The thing I know is one of the Death Paintings says

"'It' what?" Nobara frowns, grabbing her things, ready to battle.

But then she is pulled somewhere.

"..." In that split seconds, I see two male arms pulling her clothes... Debating with myself, I let her be taken for Character Development sake, but hiding Divine Werewolf in her shadow.

"Brother..." The Death Painting says in what I think is a happy tone before jumping like a frog to the small portal that just kidnapped Nobara.

"Junpei... Follow it."

"Eh?"

It's not a suggestion, I grab him by the collar, and with a spin I throw him at the Death Painting.

"Gwoh!"

I hit it perfectly, the two spun in a mess of limbs, together with the Moon Dregs, and went straight through the portal.

"If I'm not wrong they use poison, so Junpei should be good..." I comment before turning around and addressing the cave. "I know that there's a Finger Bearer here, so can you appear already?"

"..."

No answer. Aw, man~ Troublesome...

With a sigh, I crouch down and touch the ground "I'm not gonna play whack-a-mole with you... Black Hole."

Darkness is poured from my body like a dam bursting open, it goes in all directions with considerable force, like a flood. It hits and covers all the ground, drowning all bodies of this Yasohachi Bridge Curse.

*Bam*

With a last push, everything that my darkness covered was absorbed and then crushed under the weight of the darkness.

Standing up while the flood of darkness recedes to me "Now, you need to show up, right?" I look up.

And as expected, a big flower-like cocoon starts to tremble, it was not there before. Maybe it's necessary to destroy all the fake bodies before awakening the main body.

With a wet sound, the Finger Bearer falls to the ground landing perfectly after a flip.

"You have the same dumb face as your brother..." I comment.

It obviously doesn't answer, keeping that dumb smile on its face, it creates an arrow construct of cursed energy and shoots at me...

Third Person P.O.V.

Outside the barrier of the Innate Domain, different from Canon, the sorcerers don't have someone as fast as Itadori so they are trapped between the two Special-grade hybrids, Eso and Kechizu.

"You should have just taken up my offer and gone away, little lady." Eso says as he uses his technique, wings of blood sprout from his back "Now that you have seen my back, I can't let you live."

"Hmpf, Even if I went away, that monster would fuck you up, but it would leave a bad taste in my mouth!" Nobara shouts "I don't want to owe him shit!"

"Very well then..." Eso says.

He and Kechizu, coordinate a pincer attack on the two Young sorcerers. Eso rains blood on them from the front and above, while Kechizu uses his great speed to run a circle around them and spit blood at them from the sides.

"Kugisaki!" Junpei shouts

With his signal the two retreat together, the Moon Dregs covers them the best it can, but even the huge jellyfish shikigami can't cover them completely.

Some blood hits Nobara's left hand and Junpei's leg. In the next second flowery patterns appear on their burning skin.

"Heh~" Eso smiles satisfied "It doesn't matter if its just a centimeter of your skin, now that you're infected by our blood, your body will slowly decay... That's our technique!"

To make the decay go faster Eso "shows his hand", making the technique more effective.

But surprisingly the two sorcerers are calm... It was beaten on their head the teaching of never panic by their senpais and Megumi;

"Your blood?" Nobara asks with a strange smile

"Poison?" Junpei asks too, his eyes dark

"Then we are the worse match-up for you two!" They practically said at the same time and moved roughly at the same time.

The Moon Dregs' tentacles sting shots at the two sorcerers, stabbing them more or less in the infected places. The two tentacles suck out the infected blood, maybe a little too much to make sure, but nonetheless, the two are free of the Technique.

"Yoshino-kun, do you mind cutting it up?" Nobara asks, still with the same strange smile.

The previous pain and now the light-heartedness because of the loss of blood left her in a strange state of mind, dangerous even.

"Not at all..." Yoshino doesn't hesitate.

He commands the Moon Dregs to detach its own tentacles filled with infected blood.

Eso and Kechizu, seeing what just happened, obviously would not stay put, they advance to attack them too.

"Let me test this now~" Nobara tightens her grip on her new hammer and takes two nails from the pocket of her holster.

But different from normal nails, these ones are pitch black and pass a strange feeling to whoever looks at them.

"...Resonance!" She hits the two detached tentacles with a nail each.

"Ugh!"

The two hybrid' curses fall to their knees and are immediately in huge pain.

"Do you like it? Huh?" Nobara mocks with a big smile.

Those nails are obviously special...

They were made by Mai with the help of Ankoku which was filled with Megumi's special Cursed Energy. His Cursed Energy's unique propriety of darkness passed to the nails.

So not only can Nobara damage the target of her technique, but with those nails she can literally... nail them to the ground with the weight of increased gravity.

Megumi theorizes that it can do more... but this is a story of the future.

"Oh? You can't move? What a pity~" Nobara puts a finger on her lips, like she is pondering something "It's not like I enjoy bullying helpless enemies!" She said that but her face says otherwise.

With a huge smile, she turns to Kechizu, the younger brother, with her new Special Grade Hammer. Ready to test how much damage her new toy can do...

"N-No..." Eso groans in agony seeing the crazy sorcerer woman dash at his brother 'Ugh, it's hard to even circulate my cursed energy...'

But he can do nothing... Those nails are Megumi's ridiculous cursed energy condensed, it's not something he can shrug off that easily.

Nobara herself, only has three of them in her possession at the moment.

"You destroyed my uniform, huh? You think it's okay to leave scars on a dame's skin, huh? You showed me your technique, huh?" Nobara shouts, she is having a good feeling. This mission annoyed her since the beginning... Wasting time, walking in a muddy forest, a guy grabbed her and sprayed her with blood... She was pissed and now she has the opportunity to payback "Then let me show you this!" She is feeling super good right now.

The Upper part of Kechizu's body explodes with the impact of her hammer.

His reaction is so extreme that even makes the high Nobara pause, this allows her to give another look a the half-corpse of the curse.

'It's not disappearing...' She realizes, this cleanses her mind 'Are they curse users?'

*Swish*

A sharp sound echoes and suddenly Megumi appears close to Eso, his hand in the top of the head of the hybrid. Eso goes stiff, not daring to move.

"..." Everyone was surprised by his sudden appearance, but his face was calm.

He looks around, seemingly assessing the situation... His eyes move to the half corpse, then to Junpei, then to Nobara...

"..." He gives her a long look.

Then without a word *Crack* he twists Eso's neck. It was brutal, he rolled his head like he was unscrewing it, the head hanging limply by the, now thin, neck in an unnatural direction.

"..." Nobara watched this happening with an indescribable look on her face.

"That's a wrap then... let's go back." Megumi says like nothing happened

"Did you kill the Bridge Curse?" Junpei asks

He debated what to do with the two brothers, but the issue was kinda taken from his hands. He was not gonna stop Nobara from having her moment.

Also, in Sukuna's Mission, there's a bonus objective that says that he can gain the Technique of the Death Paintings if he eats them after he defeats Sukuna.

What eating the Death Painting has to do with Sukuna he doesn't know, but he doesn't care... It means he can gain the Inherited Technique of the Kamo clan, no reason to refuse. It's not that special, but it's a nice bonus.

'Ah, I kinda liked Choso... Too bad.' He thinks just with a little hint of regret, but he is not gonna let any parasocial relationship that he created with a 2D character go as far as to stop him from getting strong.

"Understandable" Megumi answers

"Does this make me a bad person?" She asks with a smile

"No, just a person." Megumi answers easily "And you Junpei?"

"I... I'm surprisingly in the same boat... I'm surprised that I'm not that affected. I should've been feeling something, right?" He says while scratching his head "Maybe it's like Kugisaki said, I don't care about the people I don't know."

Megumi nods "I'm like that too, but even worse... Don't feel bad. Even the ones that I save, I just save them to feel good about myself... Death is a bummer." He turns to stare at Junpei "Even you, Junpei-kun. When I saved you, I really did not care about you... It's kinda... it's within my reach and costs nothing, so why not?" He confess

"...at least you saved me." Junpei says without feeling offended.

Megumi chuckles at his reaction, or lack of it.

He then continues "Even you all now... Kugisaki said that there are few spots in her heart, in my case... There are levels in my heart... Tsumiki, Maki, Mai, Gojo... I will be really sad and pissed if something happens to them... The rest like you guys..." He pauses "I will be a little sad, I confess... But I would get over it quickly."

Just a reminder that Megumi is not a good guy, sorry if you will not save your liked characters. He is not the fairy godmother, I'm tired of goody two-shoes contractors.

I think now I figured out how the Shibuya incident will go. Who will fight who and all that… It will be the beginning of the end.
