Jane's side of the story (1)

"Ha…" Sam opened his eyes and tiredness was all that he felt. It was as if he went through another late night shift after the shift he already had at work. He didn't know what the reason for that was. Or at least, he didn't know until his hand hit something he didn't know existed in that part of his bed.

"Let me sleep a bit more." A voice mumbled, which led Sam into a state of shock for a moment.
