I remember..... 

I remember playing in the rain with my friends  all the time...

"Hey... you coming?" I girl with yellow hair and cyan eyes stopped waiting for me in the rain while I stood under the shade with a raincoat just staring.

"right...sorry."

 "You ok?" The girl walked up to me, soaking wet.

I was a weak sickly child but ...they always helped me no matter what I went through....she did..and I was happy.

I gave her a nod and smiled "yeah just a little cold today."

"Everything alright?" One of my friends with white hair that faded into black  came back to check on us.

"yeah he's just cold."  The girl reassured him.

I stepped into the rain with my raincoat and we all started to play tag again.

Life was fun with these guys. A day was never dark with their bright smiles....

"Come on Altan!"  one of my friends called out to me as we were running "run faster!".

Altan....

was that my name.. 

I like it.

we all giggled and laughed  splashing water on each other and having a good time  nothing..can ruin this moment.

((I FEEL SICK.))

I took a big leap into a puddle and splashing it all over the place as the splashes hit the ground everything disappeared like it was washed away.

I was in a white box... none of this is real.

I look everywhere but nothing but eyes stare back..

All I can do is curl up in a ball feeling the awful feeling a million times over a place I don't belong yet a place I'm all too familiar with.

I'm truly in hell..

I opened my eyes in the Pewter city gym staring at my..badge...for the first time.

I looked up at the gym leader in confusion.

"What don't tell me you dont know what that is?" 

The gym leader asked me.

"no... I...I do." 

what the hell happened just now...

"ma'am! we need your help!" 

A sense of  urgency filled the air when officer Jenny burst into the gym with a few other officers.

Confused but really wanting to help with whatever it is, I stayed and looked at the gym leader.

"What is it now?"  

This has happened before...

The officers behind Jenny were clearly out of breath.

"The museum is under attack by unknown grunts."

The gym leader lightly hits her head as if she's complaining about the situation a million times over.

"Fine...."

I felt a tap on my shoulder.

"Ayuna you ok? " Jeffery gave me a face of genuine  concern.

"yeah.." I said, faking a smile to reassure  him.

ive...  been here before.

"you two stay here." the gym leader said before running off with the officers.

Jeffery tried to run with them but I grabbed his hand.

"What's up with you?" he asked me confusedly as he looked at his hand.

I couldn't even say this to his face. I felt so ashamed when I asked this I looked to the ground.

"maybe... we should stay behind?"  I suggested but Jeffery wasn't having it.

"what?? did you forget that Chloe is out there in the museum??"

"I know but.... the police and the gym leader got this!" I said finally looking at him straight in the eyes tears started to roll down my arm was shaky and unintentionally lost my grip over  Jeffery's hand.

"...Jeffery please...I don't.....I don't wanna go back."

Zorua looked up at me in concern, rubbing her head against my leg trying to make me feel better.

"Ayuna....." Jeffery looked at me, wiping my eyes with my wrist.

He stretches his hand out to me.

"Come on, this isn't the face of a champion." 

I looked at him confused but still tearing up.

"Is this going to  be the state of my rival when I beat him in the pokemon league?" Jeffery said 

his hand still stretched out to me.

"Come on, though whatever is out there might be scary, how will we live if we let our friend  die?"

He... got a point.

I wiped my eyes one last time and took his hand as he stretched  out for  me.

"Now let's do this."  Jeffery smiled at me.

We both head to the same spot as before except this time.

The hostages were evacuated and Chloe is just standing there with a weird looking lizard pokemon with its tongue out in her arms.

"Hey guys!" Chloe waved at us and I waved back.

"you ok Chloe?" Jeffery asked, genuinely concerned.

"yeah this little guy saved me."  She gave it a little squeeze  as a hug.

"Hey look out!" I heard Jeffery called out behind me. I felt a shove and I fell to the ground.

When I looked up I saw the huge rock that "killed" me before.

"Is that a tyranitar??"  I quickly look back at the museum to see a tyranitar with huge spikes and wings, ones bigger than its mega. It matches straight out of the museum flapping its heavy rocky wings.

"What kind of tyranitar is that??" I asked fearing for my life.

"And if this thing is out here...what happened to Officer Jenny and the gym leader??" Jeffery and Chloe looked scared of the pokemon the same as I am.

But there's no avoiding it ...we're  going to have to battle this thing..
