chapter 7: rewards

(seven's pov)

i was sitting in my bed when a blue screen pops up.

<would you like to receive your rewards>

"huh" as a blue screen pop up infront of me snapping me from the long unexpected shock when the beautiful elder that have pick me.

(flash back)

"and you."

"huh?" as i look at her questionably why i was pick.

"the way you fought have impressed me that's why i have chosen you to be one of my inner disciples and amongst other things." as she hold up her chest with a smirk.

"uhm i think a lot of people have fought here, that are more powerful than me and that i only use kicks and punches not those powerful martial arts that was displayed today." as i look at her pretending to be modest as i don't want to be her disciple.

' it's not that i hate being her disciple but it's sound tiresome. to my knowledge is that inner disciples competes with one another to be their masters favorite to the point that they try to sabotage one another to gain an advantage. so that's why i never plan to be an inner disciple to begin with' as i look at Wang Li seeing her looking at me with i wide grin in her face.

"i disagree." as the beautiful elder continued.

" while you don't have martial techniques because of your orphan status you have the unique fighting style that fits what I'm looking for my disciple, you gracefully dance around your enemy and able to hit them back is quite impressive."

"beside i could always teach you some martial techniques i know that will fit your fighting style." as she looks at Wang Li and the group.

"also it seems that i pick three disciples already have a good relationship with each other and would complement each other very well for my project." with a whisper that i was able to hear.

i have ignore the remark of the beautiful elder and decided to ask another question.

" but why me exactly there's alot of. ." i was cut of as the beautiful elder sect leader continued

"oh your beautiful face and petite body is also a plus. but enough we are wasting time let's go to your dorms so you all can get your rooms." i look at her questionably as the beautiful sect elder called the other disciple she picks as she waltzes off the training ground.

"oh well there are also benefits being an inner disciple" as i was told on the way by our elder that since we are all inner disciple we have advantages over the outer disciple.

one is that we don't have to do certain task to be able to stay in the sect. second is that we have more access to more stuff than the other disciple and the best and last part is that we are free to do whatever we want as long as we don't make trouble with other inner disciple.

"anyways i have my pokemon now open my reward!" as i exclaimed to the blue screen right infront of me.

'finally I'm going to have my pokemon now!!!' i screamed on my head as to not draw attention if someone passed.

"i knew that there was a hidden quest and it was worth it until the end." as i look over my rewards and saw that i already met a protagonist.

'must be that guy... oh well lets just receive my rewards' as there are more important things than thinking about who was the main character.

"ok system how do i draw my pokemon"

"That sucks but i couldn't wait anymore i can finally get to pet a pokemon not just that i also got my favorite pokemon of all!!!" as i breath deaply and not try to scream.

with a constrained voice i silently screamed with my hearth " i choose you!!!"

(??? POV)

" this sect will do for now." As I lay down on my bed as I close my eyes with a huge sigh.

"Mother and sister I will avenge you." As I grasp upwards as I clenched my fist.

"Father I swear to kill you as you killed my mother and sister, I'll wipe out all of our clan for what they have done."

As I imagined many ways to kill my father and my whole entire clan that I recounted how lucky 'em I to escape my clan and able to join an ideal sect to hide and grow strong.

"It seems fate is on my side as I was pick by a beautiful sect elder and not some old man or a pervert." As I fall asleep I heard a noise beside my room.

"I choose you!!"

"Choose what?" as I pondered what's going on with the person living beside my room.

"Don't get to involve with others Mai bai, you have your own problems to deal with." As she falls asleep ignorant what's happening to the room besides her.
