It only take about 10 minutes for the Pikachu injury to heal. With the help of Noah's medical technique, massage, and the help of two Chansey. Pikachu is now back to a peak state.
"Noah, your medical technique already surpass my skills. If my sisters know about your skills, they probably feel it ashamed of themself." Sara say to him.
Noah just say nothing, but inside his proud and happy that someone recognise his skills.
"Hey Pikachu, how do you feel now?" Sara ask Pikachu.
"Pika! Pika!" Pikachu growl happily, he never feel this good.
"Let's go out already, that kid probably waiting for Pikachu." Noah say to Sara, he take Pikachu to his arm and left.
Noah get out of the emergency room, and see Ash is with a orange hair girl that look around 12 years old.
'That should be Misty.' He thought to himself.
"Your Pikachu is now in a good condition, look he even here to meet you." Noah say to him.
"Pikachu, I sorry. Can you forgive me?" Ash say Pikachu with tears on his eyes.
"Pika!" Pikachu growl and hug Ash.
But this emotional moment is disturb by a loud speaker open:
"Your Attention Please Our Viridian City Radar Center Has Detected An Aircraft Belonging To A Gang Of Pokemon Thief!!"
"If You Have A Pokemon In Your Possession Please Be Careful!!"
And suddenly two pokeball are throw from the sky and broke the glass roof of pokemon center.
Noah levitate in the air, use telekinesis on the two pokeball throw them back to where they come from.
A scream of a man and a women can be heard, Noah once again make a move and use chorokinesis on the team rocket trio to appear before him.
"Who are you?" Noah ask the three of them with amusing tone.
"To protect the world devastation!"
"To unite all peoples within our nation!"
"To denounce the evils of truth and love!"
"Team Rocket blasts off at the speed of light!"
"Surrender now, or prepare to fight!"
"Jessie!"
"James!"
"And Meowth!"
"Together we are team rocket!" The trio say.
"Pikachu, use thunder shock full power." Noah command Pikachu, and he use psychic power to protect the pokemon center building.
A burst of electric energy come from Pikachu and hit the trio straight to the sky. Noah and other can still heard a sentences from the trio:
"Team Rocket Blasting Off."
Noah just blink at the sky, with deadpan expression. He just shake his head, and think:
'I don't think, I will not meet them anytime soon.'
"Sara, I already deal with that three troublemaker." Noah say to Sara with a smile on his face.
"Noah, I am thankful that you are here." Sara say to him.
"If that the case just make sure that you call me often. After all, my journey is about to start tommorow." Noah say to her.
"I make sure that, and Noah here this is my present that I want to give you before but today is really a tiring day." Sara say to him with helpless smile, she take out a white pokeball.
Noah take the pokeball, and he be able to see the status of pokemon inside.

At the side, we can see Ash and Misty looking the two of them flirting with each other. It make them feel unconfortable, so Misty interupt both of them:
"Can you two flirt some where else?"
"Fine, Let stop here I guess. Sara, remember call me often." Noah say to Sara, and he whisper:
"We continue the conversation on the call tommorow."
Noah say that and disappear from they vision. He go back to his home using chorokinesis.

"Audino come out." Noah say.
A burst of light come from premier ball and Audino appear before him.
'It look so cute.' Noah thought to himself.
"Audino!" Audino growl happily and hug Noah.
'It feel sweet, I think that I will have diabetes if this continue.' Noah thought to himself, but he hug Audino back.
"You name for now on is Lychee, welcome to the family. Meet your elder sister, come out Reina." Noah say.
Another burst of light come from one of his pokeball, and Reina appear before him and Lychee.
"Reina, look this is your little sister." Noah say to Reina.
Reina look at Lychee with bright eyes, and she hug her little sister. Lychee hug back, this picture of two cute pokemon hugging each other make Noah almost have a diabetes.
He take picture with his phone, and sent it to Sara. He think to himself:
'I have two pokemon, four more to go until I have a team of six.'
Noah look at Lychee status, and upgrade attack Iv, special attack Iv and speed Iv to 31 that cost 2,800 Battle Points.
Noah upgrade the move mastery of Healing Pulse, Heal Bell, and Hyper Voice to Master Level. It cost him about 36,000 Battle Points.
'With this I can continue my massacre *cough* my honourable pokemon battle without worry about potions again.' Noah thought to himself.
'Where should I go first? I think it time for me to meet Sabrina, Saffron City here I come.' Noah thought to himself, after all he have chorokinesis, he can basically teleport anywhere in this world.
