S1E25:Rounds Four & Five

A little time passed and Foxx and Joy had to leave Jessie to think about why Foxx has made her feel funny and if her theory could be true.

Foxx didn't have any trouble with round four as Joy was immune to any fire attacks and Eevee knew water gun. So instead let's go visit Jessie who was now the one staring out the window thinking.

"Hey Jessie what's bothering you?" asked James as he and Meowlth slipped into the booth where Foxx had been moments ago.

"James do you ever wonder if we did the right thing?" asked Jessie not even looking at them.

"Jessie we're screw ups and criminals. We never do the right thing in fact we only end up messing up everything." sighed James. "So you might want to be a bit more specific."

"With our son. Do you ever think we made a mistake?" asked Jessie and when she turned to face them they saw the tears in her eyes.

"In having a son, no. In abandoning him on some random doorstep, kindof, but I know whoever raised him would've done ten times better of a job then we ever could've." replied James taking her hands in his. "Why do you ask this now?"

"Wait you two have a kid!" exclaimed Meowlth shocked.

"It was before you join elf us and was about ten years ago. We didn't even give him a name as we left him wrapped in one of my blouses on a random door step in a small town." sighed Jessie.

"Don't worry Jessie I'm sure he's doing great." encouraged James with a smile.

"If he's anything like his knuckle headed parents I doubt that." teased Meowlth in hopes it's lighten the mood a bit.

"No he's better." replied Jessie.

"How do you know? Did you meet him? Does he know were his parents?" asked James a bit excited.

"All three of us have met him multiple times and he's beaten us in battle, but I couldn't find the heart to tell him that were his parents it's best he believes we're dead." sighed Jessie.

"You mean?" asked James looking back through the door where he and Meowlth has recently passed Foxx.

"Yes." replied Jessie.

~Meanwhile~

In the final car that Foxx had to clear before he'd be in the finals he stood across from Brock, who Jenny had convinced to also join the tournament. They had both decided on only two pokemon seeing as Foxx only had two.

Brock used Geodude and Onix which where both a slight challenge for Joy but not for eevee because since she joined his team he taught her; water gun, flame thrower, thundershock, and razor leaf.

After a hard and energetic battle Brock walked over to Foxx and presented him with the Boulder badge and said, "I know you're not really going after the gym badges but you've earned it."
