Aspen's POV

Meeting my brother was amazing. He told me how he moved here a week ago in search of me and landed a job today.

We shared addresses and talked about random things.

Then Dante showed up and well...you know the rest.

Dante's face when I told him we could make it official was priceless. I loved it. He seemed genuinely happy and I didn't feel rushed or anything because I made that choice on my own. I felt like I could trust him. And that's exactly what I did.

Sitting here on my bedroom rug talking while he listened attentively it made me feel..relieved.
