An Oblivious Groom

It's been 2 weeks since the K company had changed ownership of the company.

80% of the employees had been changed due to their incompetency, interviews had been held to fill in for the vacant posts.

New employees has been giving training about the dos and don'ts of the boss.

Overall, they were all scared of the boss and the whole office was a tensed one. It was always silent when the CEO was around and on a little lighter mode when he wasn't.

They also had cameras to keep the employees in check.

So far their productivity had increased to more than 5% which had never happened before.

Mr Wilson Anton is a born genius. He is just 21 years and had already finished University, two years before. He was immediately pulled to his parent's business world and had succeeded in a lot of business deals that his parents gave him K company as his 21st birthday gift hoping he'll be able to help a failed company.

As always he succeeded.

How did his family come across Tamim's parents?

Well, they heard about their company and wanted to partner with it for their new product hence they made research about the family finding out about their perfect daughter in the first place.

They hoped that a perfect daughter and a genius son would take the world by Storm and generate enough income for their pockets.

Knowing fully well, The Yoons would never agree to giving up their 16 year old daughter out for marriage, they piled up some documents with their lawyers and managed to make them sign it. They had thought of waiting till she was 18 but seeing how other affluent families wanted her they made a move as fast as they could.

Overall, they were fond of both her family and her.

As this would not only be a one party benefit but both parties benefit, they pushed the marriage date closer.

The Wilsons had not told their son about it because if they did he would have refused bluntly.

The sad truth was that their genius son lacked humanity.

They might brag about him to their friends but he never had a girlfriend or friends, when they set him up with a friend's daughter, the girl ended up going for therapy, for depression and mental health help.

He did nothing but treat her like a robot.

Yes he bought flowers, gifted her stuffs but that was all he could do. He didn't allow physical contact not even with his parents.

Their son was just too cold.

They thought he was autistic because that would also explain him being a genius but it was marked off the charts by specialists.

In the end, they were told he had withdrawn intentionally and he would need a trigger to get him out of his shell...

They thought perhaps the girl would be of help as they were quite alike.

Unlike Tamim, Anton's parents care about him and views him as a human being even if he was a genius or he was being treated like a god.

They would be meeting their in-laws at around 8am the next morning and had told Anton to clear his schedule that they would be attending an important meeting together.

Anton believed them as this was not the first time they would be attending such together but what was suspicious was the different gifts that was being prepared and the fact that they gave him a suit to wear.

That morning he had some stylists come over to style him up and at this time he felt something was off.

He shrugged off thinking that they were on to pairing him with a friend's daughter again.

'They don't ever give up, do they?'

He thought as one of the stylist adjusted his tie for him.

He indeed was an Oblivious Groom.

When they were done dressing him up, he called his executive assistant, Danielle to ask about work and some documents that needed to be signed.

She had sorted them out and rescheduled his meetings within the few hours she was told he would be busy.

Danielle might be head over heels for her boss but she's a hardworking fellow. It was what made Anton fond of her, he loved hardworking people and he had vowed to keep her by his side for how long he could.

She was a gem he couldn't afford to lose, Danielle too seeing how fond the CEO was of her increased her tempo by working harder.

Danielle was sure that was the only way she could win her crush's heart because he was cold in other aspects.

So far Danielle was the only girl that was around him and She was also sure no girl can be beside her love except her.

Little did she know that everything would not be how she planned it to be....
