Chapter 64

"Kidnapped?" Jeremy stood up right away, his chair making a loud noise. In a state of panic, he demanded to know, "Where are they! Quick, let them into the building!" He shouted, but the person who had been speaking before him rose up and asked, "Mr. West, how do you know that they are saying the truth? It's possible that they're just attempting to... Ugh!" Jeremy's grasp on the board member's neck elicited a gasp from the latter. Jeremy's eyes appeared to be on fire, and he quietly but unsettlingly tightened his grip around the man's neck as he did so. 

"What exactly did you just say?" 

"Sir, sir... You are making it very difficult for me to breathe. I…"
