CHAPTER 11

Roger after a lot of thought decided to let his people shout "For Roger." He decided it and called Henry. Henry came to the room and he was really tired. It seems that he is tired with all the items to carry on. Roger looked at the overworked man and decided to bring corporate culture to this world but decided against him. He decided to let this haven from the AI bosses stay away. Roger looked at him and suggested, "My dear Henry. There is a concept known as assistants. Just like you are my assistant you can find some assistant for you and divide the work."

Roger thought about how the presidents of during the old times would have a secretariat and a whole organisation of them. They would be taking care of most of the paperwork and streamlining of the data. Roger looked at Henry and henry answered, "They cannot be believed." 

Roger said, "Then find some young men and get them a teacher and let them be trained. You can have them be under you after 2-3 years. But that will be too late. You try to hire some of the scholars and try to hire them. You can keep rotating their jobs every month or every fortnight and it would be better to have them under control. You can try to bring new batch of workers every six months and let one-third of them be fired. You can let them work in other administrative positions after they are fired. You can give some gold coins when needed for the best worker or give them a letter of commendation for a proper worker."

Henry said, "I will take care of it."

Roger said, "Eat more eggs."

Henry asked, "Yes my lord. Is there anything else to do?"

Roger said, "We need some scholars."

Henry said, "Most of them are trained by the nobles. We can try to train the basic ones with a 2-3 months and a better one within half a year."

Roger said, "Have it taken care off."

Henry bowed and said, "Yes sir."

Roger thought about going to the church school to get kidnap some scholars by showing off his power but decided against it. He will be approached by many after the war. All his problems would be solved after war and he decided to take care of it.

Roger kept making trying to make bullets and kept failing each time. It was hard to take care of as many times he failed. He finally made one and followed the method to make more. He did not have any idea to let the gunpowder weapons come here for now. He just had to make sure that he remained strong. He thought about making a laser weapon but it would take a long period of time and it would be hard as he did not have much knowledge.

Roger looked at the gun and tried to shoot and found that the revolver worked properly. He decided to make many more revolver of different sized and the bullets as he wanted to have various ones. He decided to spend all his free time making guns and bullets.

He was the king of the war. He laughed and kept making more weapons. He tried different weapons he had seen in the documentary. He made a big sledgehammer and found that he could control it. He though about the faster method of fighting and decided to make a meteor hammer that is able held by a chain. He kept making more ones. He made some shuriken too as in some places the gun would be more useful while in other places the throwing knife may be more useful.

Roger formed a formation around the new land he bought and let there be some more crops. He had started collecting different types of fruits as they are much more interesting. Roger thought about getting more milk but it was useless as it was not commercialize-able. He did not like cheese much and did not think much about it. He decided to raise some sheep to collect some wool. He decided to collect more animals and found that the strongest one is not something that he could do. The stronger animals did not have much reproductive speed and if they are not in the dangerous environment, even the lion will become docile enough to be killed by some stray dogs. He decided to keep collecting animals with more reproductive speed.

He kept expanding his land with the money and kept making more food and items with more land. With more money he kept buying more land. Roger just had to keep expanding.
