#Madison's POV#

I was still mad Skye told Max everything but i guess I still win. I was lying on Max's listening to his steady heartbeat with a smile on my face.

"Is it true?"he asked,

"What?"i asked,

"Was Skye telling the truth?, were you eavesdropping on her conversations?"

"Yeah but just this once and- and i helped her with comforting her classmate"

"It's not right to eavesdrop"he said, that calls for another jinxing. I looked him in the eye and whispered to him, "don't be mad max, love me". I looked away and kept listening to his heartbeat.

"But, i still love you i guess. It's not right to keep secrets also. Skye is at fault then"he said as i smiled. It was so easy to jinx max, he always let his guard down, he likes to look me in the eye which was an easy way to jinx him. I got off him and sat on the couch concentrating on the tv.

"Shit- did you see what that guy just did, he shot her in the ribs. Omg!"i yelped at the TV.

'ding dong'the door bell rang,

"Are you expecting anyone?"max asked,

"No, I'm not"I said as i went to open the door. The door was only half opened when Skye pushed it open with so much force that it hit my nose- I won't think twice about killing her when Max is gone tomorrow. In she came with Alexa- what is she doing here?

"Alexa?, get out!!"max got off the couch and moved towards her.

"She didn't come to see you or anything, I'm the one who has business with you. I was planning on busting in but the door was locked"skye said,

"What do you want this time skye. If it's about Madison, i have nothing to say to you so go to your room now"max said as i just watched everyone get mad,

"You don't tell me what to do Max. If you want me gone then you'd rather have to kill me!!"

"Fine, just sit down, you too Alexa. Say whatever you have to say before i change my mind"

"You're not gonna max, you're not. The max i know wouldn't"Alexa said,

#skye's POV#

"Max, I just have one question to ask you, just one"I said as Alexa and I sat,

"What about?"Max asked,

"It's about Madison. You said she's a warewolf, right?...."i paused waiting for his reaction, he nodded, "what pack does she belong?"i added,

"Black Iris"Max said,

"Yeah, what's their special ability?"

"They possess black iris for jinxing"Max said,

"Exactly, she's jinxing you Max. You don't love her, she's jinxing you to. Alexa didn't cheat on you, you did believe that and the Max i know would normally give her a chance after taking a break but you didn't, you're being jinxed to keep believing she did cheat on you. There's a black iris spell on you making you not wanting to listen to Alexa's explanation"I said,

"No, Madison wouldn't do such. I'm genuinely in love with her, she loves me and wouldn't do such. I enjoy peace of mind with her, every moment i look into her eyes, i find my future and peace in there. My future is with ma-ma. You know nothing about us skye!"Max said,

"Yes max, they don't, i wouldn't do such. Why would i cast a spell on you not to listen to your poor ex, a girl i don't even know"Madison said,

"You don't know me, you immature, you traitor, you lier. I should have known you're nothing more than a traitor when you betrayed your entire pack but i guess i was this stupid girl who believed her useless cousin than her own family. I didn't listen to my own family all in the name of believing you and taking you as a family. Madison, i believed you, i loved you, i didn't despise you despite everyone did after you betrayed them. You decide to pay me back like this?"Alexa poured out,

"I don't even know you. Max, i don't know this girl"Alexa said as she looked max in the eye,

"I do believe you ma-ma, even if they don't"

"Max, you're believing her and not Alexa?, and not me?. You see, i don't blame you, she just cast another spell on you right now to believe her. Why won't you quit looking into her stupid black eyes filled with venom!!"i yelled,

"How am i supposed to know peace if i don't look into her eyes skye, i told you i find peace when i look into her eyes, i told you i find my future in there. Tell me how I'm supposed to not look into peace. You want me to abandon my future for- for what!! Ma-ma would never jinx me"

"Yes, i wouldn't, please believe me Skye, i wouldn't"Madison said as she raised my chin up to her face, trying to force me to look into her eyes, i slapped her hand off my chin.

"And what if I break the spell and proof you wrong?"Isabella entered the living room with Charlie beside her, her gaze was glued on the tiles. I cupped my mouth in surprise- omg. Charlie probably told her everything and bribed her.

"You're not from my pack so how could you do that, plus i didn't jinx him"Madison denied as Isabella raised her gaze to look at Madison while approaching max. "I-i-"Madison stuttered as Isabella pushed her away and continued walking towards max. She held Max's chin and instructed him to look her in the eyes.

"Skye, what's all these scene for?, if she doesn't find any spell which she wouldn't, i swear I'll kill you for embarrassing my ma-ma"Max said as he returned his gaze to Isabella. Seconds ticked by and i was getting more impatient as ever second ticked by, i was waiting for Isabella's reply. Is there really no spell?

"I'm sorry, I'm almost done. Only 8 spells left, I've reversed 29 so far. That's alot and it could damage his mind if anymore was added. She's so skilled, a normal warewolf that belongs to our pack can only cast about 15 spells on a body, i can cast 19. This is the first time I'm seeing over 15. She's so skilled, It's difficult to reverse them, her spells are really strong, I'm over using my eyes now but... I'm done"she said as she returned her gaze to me, i hugged her tightly. After pulling away, i thanked her and returned my gaze to Madison, Alexa was about to punch her in the face but....."stop!!, please don't!!!"max yelled, "i love her actually but she betrayed me and i still love her"he added, "do anything with her but please don't hurt her, I'm not ready to let go of her but-but she betrayed me and- and- just do anything with her while I'm gone tomorrow skye but don't hurt her. I feel so free and my mind is less tangled now, i can feel it. She was messing with my mind and sanity- but- just don't hurt her"Max said as he went to his room with tears glimmering in his eyes, I've never seen him this broken, not even when he thought Alexa was cheating on him.

"How dare you do this to max?, how dare you?! Get out!! I hope you get hit by a bus madi- i mean ma-ma!!"i yelled,

"Please skye, please, i didn't mean to hurt max, i- i love him"she said with tears in her eyes, i looked her in the eyes, if she cast a spell on me, Isabella would break it so i wasn't scared.

"If you love him, you wouldn't have forced him to love you back. You wouldn't have made his mind think you're his happiness and peace when you're just a counterfeit. When you're just the cousin to the main happiness. A mere carboncopy. Photocopy. Get out now!!!"i yelled as i moved closer to her, she took several steps back as i got closer to her, she didn't know she was getting closer to the door, charlie opened the door when she was close enough and pushed her out. Alexa went to Max's room to comfort him and tell him the truth behind Madison, oh i mean his ma-ma.
